Overall a good stay but there were a few items that needed some attention. Didn’t call property management because we didn’t want to have a repair man in the unit during our stay. The washing machine does not properly drain and spin, it maybe worked 2/20 times. The dishwasher needs attention as well, the soap never dispersed and just stayed in the compartment.

We had a great time. Condo was beautiful, location great and loved the property amenities. Think the dishwasher wasn’t working properly so we didn’t use it but that was the only issue we had. Notified mgmt and they responded immediately. We would definitely come back! Thanks for a great week.

The communication was awesome. The lazy river was our favorite. The accommodations were good. I wish at least one parking spot was included in stay. But thats only complaint if you want to call it that. We will be staying again next year. Great family trip and family environment.

I would absolutely recommend this condo to my family and friends. We had 4 adults and 2 young kids in our group. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The only thing I would change would be to get smart tvs. Not a big deal but it's nice when you have kids and want to settle down for the evening and watch a movie that they like. But again, not a big breaker.The condo was on the 20th floor, close to the elevators. Not a problem at all. Never heard a lot of noise and we didn't have a long wait time for the elevators. Maybe a minute or two at the most. The kids loved the lazy river and the big slide! The walk-in pool was nice as well. We stayed the week after Labor Day so it wasn't crowded. But I can see during the summer that the small pool would not be enough space for the size of the building. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Overall this property was a good choice for my family. The decor was nice but different from the pictures posted on line.Kitchen was small and only 1 person could be preparing food comfortably. Beautiful condo. The living room remotes didn't work but I'm assuming someone must have stole the batteries on a previous trip, but that wasn't a big deal. If I owned the place I would upgrade to smart tv's but other than that, we loved it. We will be back soon and will try to get this same condo. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented for a girls' trip! Large property with lots of room and privacy but not crammed with bunkbeds. Spectacular gulf views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony (table/4 chairs and 2 loungers). Lots of family room seating and nice dining room table area. All three bedrooms have private baths and there is an additional fourth common bath. 4 queen beds and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 10). Full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms a little dated but spotless. Ice maker in bar area is very handy. Kitchen area was not cleaned completely - used pod in coffeemaker, grimy cabinets, dusty bar glasses. Definitely felt the need to disinfect some kitchen areas. Aside from the lackluster food/drink area cleaning, everything else was spotless! Furniture arrangement was great for conversation, games and relaxation. Unit located conveniently to elevators. Building staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking passes $31.50 and easy to purchase at building front desk area. Would definitely stay again in this unit!

First time at this complex and this condo. Loved the spaces and the views. Parking was as easy as any condo we have stayed at. Wish there were more elevators. Overall our group of six loved the trip.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Layout of the condo is very good, and the view from the balcony is exquisite. Only problems were terrible wifi, as well as cell phone reception, and some very noisy neighbors upstairs. I know the latter is out of this property's control, but kids running and moving furniture across the floor was very annoying for our infant grandson's sleep. That said, we'd return here in a heartbeat: every aspect of the condo itself was superb!

The room was so nice and big enough to spread. The view was amazing. It was too cold for the outdoor pools and slide but the indoor pool and jacuzzis were great!

Everything was wonderful. Had an issue getting key to work but Liquid Life had someone out to resolve it within 10 minutes. It is located close enough to center of Gulf Shores for easy eating and shopping. Good stay!!!

The condo was great, the beds slept wonderfully and having a bathroom for each bedroom was so nice. The weather was too cold for the beach but we found other things to do to have a good time. I highly recommend the condo for anyone who wants to sleep as comfortable on vacation as they do at home. Will definitely be planning another visit.

We have stayed at this condo complex before. Wonderful beach views from the different condos we've stayed in. Great Amenities, Lazy River, Pools, Hot Tubs... First time at Unit 2004. A nicely appointed unit, a little short on Kitchen Utensils, but hey you are at the Beach... : ). The Staff at Liquid Life were wonderful to work with.

This condo was far above what most beach rental's are. It was not only beautifully decorated and spacious it was very clean. The facilities, the amenities and grounds were great. Great location for eating out and shopping. It a first time for renting through Liquid Life and everything went very smoothly from checking in to checking out. Would recommend Phoenix West and this condo to other people.

This condo was lovely and a truly wonderful price point, especially comparing to previous vacation locations. The facility and grounds were beautiful. There were limited pans for those who want to cook more in the condo, but we ate out often and there are several wonderful options for that in the area! Lulu's, The Hang Out and Tacky Jacks were family favorites.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach last weekend. The condo was as nice, or nicer, than the pictures and description and was very clean and comfortable. Liquid Life was very easy to deal with. We would go back to this unit again and would certainly recommend it to others. To top it all off, the weather could not have been more beautiful. Five stars on everything!!

My family stayed at this condo for 3 days this summer, Friday through till Monday. It was exactly as advertised, beautiful & spacious, comfortable & clean. It had all the amenities of home & a wonderful view of the Gulf. My children & grandchildren totally enjoyed the lazy river, outdoor & indoor pools, hot tubs & immediate access to the beach. It was a fantastic stay & well worth the $$$$. I will come again in the near future. I would recommend it to any & all ages.

My family and I and another couple stayed in this unit, and all i can say is wow!!!! From the space, the room, the view, the beautiful decor it was by far the best place we had stayed in quite a while! My 2 kids were up early every morning begging to go the slide and lazy river. The staff on this property was top notch and very inviting. We also loved the ease and proximity to the rental office, grocery stores, and other restaurants. The ice machine in the condo, is a major plus. The weather was phenomenal, so we spent most of our days at the pool (lazy river), or the beach. We are already looking for future dates to rent this unit in advance, as we will return soon. We highly recommend this unit and this property.

My family and I recently stayed in this condo and it exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy and spacious and loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom.Our family of five could spread out and have our own rooms and easily have another family stay with us as well and not feel cramped. The master bath was exceptional with an oversized tub .The bedrooms are large with lots of storage space in terms of closets and furniture and the beds are quite comfy! The kitchen was well stocked and love that their is a bar area and an ice maker. The view is absolutely phenomenal from the balcony. You feel like you are on a cruise ship with unobstructed views of the gulf. The kids loved the amenities at phoenix west as well. The lazy river is very large and on the beach side. They also enjoyed the waterslide.On a day that it was rainy they were still entertained with the large indoor swimming pool and indoor hot tubs. The condo is an excellent place to cook meals in and there are barbecue pits on the grounds but it is also close to lots of restaurants in orange beach if you like to eat out. We enjoyed the gulf restaurant and lu lu which is a very short drive.We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay in this unit again. We highly recommend it!
