Liquid Life was very easy to work with. They responded quickly to any questions & sent out very clear information, so we knew exactly what to expect. The condo was described very well with only a couple of outdated photos of the pool view. The location was perfect for walking to the Florabama bar & beach club. The oceanfront location was perfect for watching dolphins & walking the beach. The indoor pool & hot tubs were great when it wasn’t quite hot enough to use the awesome outdoor pool. We were very pleased with the Phoenix X property & our condo stay! We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased. We arrived early and Liquid Life did allow us into the property early. The apartment was perfect location as our main purpose for the trip was to visit Florabama. All attendees commented on how comfortable the beds were. I would recommend this unit in the future.

Awesome. Phoenix 10 is the best place to be. This unit is right above the pool so if you are looking for quiet, pick another unit. Clean and awesome unit. My only complaint is the check in time. We got there two hours early and ready to check in. The codes to the door did not work until 4pm. Why is that so annoying?! We paid a pretty penny to stay here and we can’t get in when it is clean? That is a joke. Other than that, great stay

Very nice condo for a guys golf trip. Stayed in several others in same building but this was one of the nicer ones. Only down fall to this one bs the others is parking pass had to be bought separately versus included in price of condo

Overall everything was great !! If there's anything, the wood on the bar island in the kitchen is rotting at the bottom. (That could be fixed )!! Other than that, the place was nice ! Great view of the ocean clean and well kept .

Our three generations greatly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix X. This second floor unit was well-stocked with utensils and even a crockpot. The location could not be better, with an incredible view of the expanded balcony, and proximity to the beach, basketball court, and indoor pool/hot tub. All the rooms were quite clean and nicely decorated. Communication was perfect and we loved the contactless checkout.

Condo is beautiful! View is GORGEOUS!!!Couldn't be a better location. The only thing that went wrong was the first night we had no curtain in the master bedroom. I called and they said they were coming and DID NOT!!!! My hubby and I could not sleep in the room. We were not gonna sleep where anyone could see us and the first light of day would beam in on us through the huge sliding glass door. This made me very upset to have spent our hard earn money and had to sleep on the sofa.

Three things I like about #206: Love the location of it on the 2nd floor. Covered walkway most of the way from the parking garage to this unit. Another plus of the unit itself is the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. That being said, this unit is in dire need of deep cleaning and renovation. We had to turn the living room area rug over as it was so stained and dirty, we really didn't want to walk on it. The living room furniture is also lacking. No side/easy chairs except for the lounger. A coffee table would have be a great addition also. I have never rented a unit without a coffee table in front of the couch. The entire unit is painted a bright turquoise; way too bring and a bit much for my taste, but guess that's personal preference.

Awesome property In a great location with the BEST VIEWS! The condo was fully stocked with everything needed and we had plenty of room for our family. It was in a great location close to all fun spots, and so convenient being right next to FloraBama Bar which was always a fun time. We will definitely be back, my kids already want to book for next spring!

The condo it’s self was beautiful and clean. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The building was still under a lot of construction due to Hurricane Sally. The only amenities open was the indoor pool. Indoor gym, racquetball court, tennis court, outdoor pool and hot tubs were all closed. We would love to stay again once construction is finished. It’s a beautiful area.

Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well-stocked. WiFi was just okay...Dish Network was a bonus. Amenities were mostly closed for COVID and construction. Indoor pool was open. Just be warned that there is a ton of construction work going on at the property from storm damage. Most of the properties were in the same boat. You’ll need to get up on the beach for peace and quiet...and of course it’s only a step away from this condo!

This condo is on the 2nd floor which we love. We have stayed at Phoenix 10 for the past 15 years in different condos so we are extremely familiar with the property. Property manager was very quick to send a maintenance person over when the kitchen sink was clogged. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom which I was a little disappointed in myself bc I forgot mine at home but usually the units have one. Overall it was very nice!

Enjoyed everything but buying the parking passes, and couldn't get any extra towels.

Unfortunately, the Home Owners Association at Phoenix X is the ones that set the parking rules, we do not get any say in the rules, we just have to obey them. Unlike hotels, condos do not have housekeeping daily so guests are able use the full size washer and dryer in the condo if they wish to freshen up the towels during their stay. We had a girls trip to the beach... this location was very convenient to nice eating places, shopping, and fun times being right next door to FloraBama... not to mention, also being on the beach front... The condo itself was very accommodating... it was nice and clean with plenty of room for the six of us... We truly enjoyed it!
