We loved this condo & the location! Very spacious and had everything we needed. There was a little confusion about the door code for check in & at one point the code stopped working - but those issues were very quickly resolved with management. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love the Phoenix X building! The condo and the entire building was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were two holes in the walls, the refrigerator would not stay sealed closed, and the toilet was not secured to the floor. Contacted maintenance and the said they came by while we were at the beach and nothing was repaired. Overall the things wrong weren't that bad. Just have never had theses issues in the last ten years we have been stayed at Vrbo's in this building.

Our stay at Phoenix X was great! It was very spacious and clean. The third bedroom with 4 double beds was the perfect room for our group of kiddos. The outdoor pool was awesome as well!The check in wasn't ideal, with not having a hard time that the room would be available. The listing shows 3pm, but I received many messages that said check-in starts after 3. A more set check in time would be helpful for guests in the future, as it's hard to really plan for a moving target.

Great facility, and the unit itself was nearly perfect. The check-in process was very easy. The property management company checked in a few times and responded quickly. The AC was cold, the water pressure was great, the mattresses were comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked for a VRBO…those are big ticket items for my family. The pool was great, and everything was very clean. The condo and furniture were exactly as pictured. It was also a nice touch that there were several board games provided that we enjoyed. A word to the wise, this unit certainly can sleep 12 people, HOWEVER, I think squeezing 12 in there is a bit much. I wouldn't suggest putting more than 8 in there, mainly because there are only 2 bathrooms. We only had 4, so I can't say this from experience, just a suggestion based on the square footage. Also, the TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3 are not smart TVs or connected to any cable or satellite service that we could see. I think they were hooked up to a DVD player. Given, you don't take beach trips to stay in and watch TV, but sometimes weather doesn't cooperate. This is something that the owners can't do anything about, but parking deck needs those fisheye mirrors installed. We were almost hit/run over a few times as cars were coming down the deck. We would absolutely stay there again!!

The condo was nicely decorated and spacious. I loved the clean linens on all the beds including the comforters. The bathrooms had been updated although the grout in the shower had yellowed in some spots. It was just discolored and not dirty. (I scrubbed it just to be sure.) You could tell the entire condo had been freshly cleaned. The kitchen cookware was a little sparse. No baking sheet or potholders. Dining items were nice. Fiesta dishes and plenty of glassware including wine and old fashioned size glasses. The internet never showed up as an option to join and we couldn’t find a router. We did not request this to be fixed as it was not important to us. The patio furniture needs updating. Just those little things updated would make this condo a perfect 10! Overall, it was very nice. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

We had two families both with 3 kids each and their friends.. great that parents could have their own room with king beds and the kids could share the room with full size bunk beds! A couple kids slept on the sofa too. Very spacious. Bathrooms are a little small but not a deal breaker, Easy process!! Very clean. Highly recommend

The condo is very clean and perfect location! A few bumps along our stay, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We drove from Texas and we timed our timing to get there at 3pm check in time. We did arrive a little after 3 and the condo was not ready. I got an email the day before stating check in could be ready after 3pm, but as a travel agent I think that should be stated in their description not an email hours before arriving. And if check out is at 10am for the prior guests, unit should have been ready by 3. Second, the unit above us was getting renovated so we could hear hammering and such at 7am on a Sunday morning. Third, condo provides you with one time travel size kitchen soap, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Advise bringing toilet paper, all the above mentioned, extra towels if it's more than 6 people staying, chip clips, and kitchen grease cleaning spray. Also beach towels are not provided. Overall the condo is at a perfect location, clean and will be booking again.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We apologize if it was not enough for your stay. We do send out an arrival email that lists out all the items to bring and that check in time begins after 3PM. A lot of things can happen between guest check out and check in, more than just housekeeping. The unit may have scheduled maintenance or pest control, then the unit gets inspected before your arrival. We understand everyone is excited to start their vacation, we just want to make sure everything is ready for you and your family.

We received regular communication from property management which was very useful. We had a couple of questions before our trip and the management responded promptly! The location and the condo were great! #604 had the best stocked kitchen utensils I've ever stayed in. Condo was well maintained! Pictures absolutely match the condo. Easy access to beach. The bedroom with the bunk beds does not get as cool as the rest of the condo. Phoenix X has the BEST parking situation!!! You can park in covered garage on the same floor. Love, Love! The Phoenix staff very friendly also. Super easy check in! Love it!!! The door code is just text to your phone when it is ready, which ours was ready early! Thank you to Liquid Life, Phoenix X and the property owner for a wonderful vacation!!! We'll be back!

Steps to both the sand and the Florabama! The third bedroom with 2 sets of bunks is a great spot for the kids. The property maintenance was quick to respond with 2 requests that were easily fixed.

Rental company was great. The condo was ready before check in and they texted the code. No need to check in accept to get a parking pass. Very clean and everything we needed for a long weekend. And the elevators had hand sanitizer in them. Nice to have these days!

The property was clean, the condo complex has many elevators, security is friendly and not overly assertive at the pool. Flora-Bama is next door with fishing charters and several restaurants across the road. Six charcoal grills at the pool area that are cleaned daily. Good Times!

Once we entered 604, the property was beautiful. However, walking up to the door, left me feeling uncertain of what I would find inside. There were obvious rust stains outlining the door frame that I’m sure the property management is responsible for, and will rectify. As previously mentioned, once we entered the property we loved it. I was there to attend a work conference, and my family enjoyed the amenities of this facility.

This was a wonderful stay for my family and myself. It was very easy to check in, customer service was friendly and professional. The place was clean and stocked as what they said it would be. The kitchen was nice and had what we needed to cook our meals. The microwave did quit working but made a call to Liquid Life and they got on it very quickly by sending maintenance right over, they brought us another microwave and no other issues with that. I think the beds were ok enough maybe ready for new mattresses but we all slept well. One of the bedrooms did not have a tv in it but again minor. The only other issue was slow drain in the hallway bathroom bathtub. Overall these were minor issues in my book, we all had a great time and I would recommend this property to others. This property is right on the beach with an amazing view of the Gulf coast.
