The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Very homey feel! Perfect for what we needed! Close beach access and kids loved the pool. Indoor pool area stayed hot and the steam room wasn’t working nor the jets on either hot tub. Light fixture in bathroom inside indoor pool was completely rusted.

It's wider than it is tall, so it's easier to spread everyone out on the beach. It won't feel too crowded. The beach is very deep, so there's even more room to spread everyone out. I loved that the building has plenty of carts for luggage, a designated parking spot, and 3 elevators so you never have to wait too long. Unit 911 is updated and everything works as it should. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. The kitchen and living space are roomy. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is amazing! The patio overlooking the beach is spacious as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location directly on the white sand beach with a large outdoor pool & hot tub as well as smaller indoor pool, hot tub & sauna. Nice grassy area too next to grilling pavilion. Highlight of this property are the huge balconies - we spent most of our non beach time there, day & evening. Perfect for family & friends getaway!

Our visit to 911 Regency Isle was perfect! It is nicely decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. This condo is perfect for kids with a bunk and twin in the second bedroom. Having a half bath and a comfortable pull-out sofa is almost like having a third bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at Residency Isle 911. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The balcony has 2 lounge chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a high table with 4 chairs. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the water and also to eat breakfast and lunch. The walk to the beach was much shorter than the condo I stayed in down the road. We will definitely stay here again. The only small problem was with the 2nd parking space. I paid for two parking spaces and there is only one reserved space for 911. A maintenance man told me the second space was anywhere on the bottom level that was not marked. This information should have been clear before I checked in. This would not keep me from renting this condo again. We loved it.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo over Spring Break. The condo was very spacious for our family of four and had everything that you could need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was more well stocked than mine is at home. The decor was lovely and perfect for a beach condo. My kids loved the bunk beds and TV in the second bedroom and didn't want to leave the condo. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful and it was just steps out the back door to the beach. The free WiFi in the building was great. We were able to hook up our Fire TV stick and watch movies on Amazon and Netflix. We also used the washer and dryer several times. It was perfect for the wet towels after coming back from the beach or pool. The condo building had great amenities including an outdoor and indoor pool. The pools were were great when the kids wanted some variety from the beach. There were also grills with picnic benches and a grassy area. The beach chairs included with the condo were awesome. The attendant stopped over several times during the day to re-position the umbrella and ask if we need anything. Not having to carry chairs and an umbrella made going down to the beach each day easy. Although it was Spring Break, the property was not at all crowded and there was plenty of space at the pools and beach. This was our first time to Orange Beach and we loved the area. We found many delicious restaurants within a few minutes of the property - The Gulf, Shipps, LuLus, Cobalt, Lillians. There were also several grocery stores within minutes of the condo. The Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola was a short drive away and the whole family loved not only the museum but watching the Blue Angel's practice. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We hope to be back soon!

It was comfortable and convenient to area restaurants. Our initial booking experience was lacking with VRBO as you cancelled our booking due to the manager response, but I called the manager direct and she confirmed the reservation herself and they were super nice and accommodating. Don't know what happened with the VRBO service.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, fully stocked with anything you may need. The views from the huge balcony are breath taking. We watched dolphins everyday and even got to see some turtles being hatched. Jennifer went above and beyond to make our stay one we will never forget! She is the best!! We will definitely be back!

The condo is well kept, well stocked, clean, convenient and spacious! Better than it looks in pictures. Easily accommodated our party of 6 and the 4 kids loved having the 2nd bedroom all to themselves :) Building itself seemed to be getting some updating/maintenance while we were there so we look forward to seeing the improvements forthcoming. Only wish we came when it was a tad warmer so the adults weren't too cold to go in the water with the kids when the yellow and/or red flags were out.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo over Spring Break. The condo was very spacious for our family of four and had everything that you could need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was more well stocked than mine is at home. The decor was lovely and perfect for a beach condo. My kids loved the bunk beds and TV in the second bedroom and didn't want to leave the condo. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful and it was just steps out the back door to the beach. The free wifi in the building was great. We were able to hook up our Fire TV stick and watch movies on Amazon and Netflix. We also used the washer and dryer several times. It was perfect for the wet towels after coming back from the beach or pool. The condo building had great amenities including an outdoor and indoor pool. The pools were were great when the kids wanted some variety from the beach. There were also grills with picnic benches and a grassy area. Although it was Spring Break, the property was not at all crowded and there was plenty of space at the pools and beach. This was our first time to Orange Beach and we loved the area.
