The pictures don’t do it enough justice though. The rooms are bigger and more roomy than they appear in the pics. Check in/out is seamless. Everything we needed for the 3 nights were there. All furniture looks and feels brand new. Very comfortable beds. The balcony is very roomy and brand new furniture with 2 captain seats, 2 bench style seats, high table, and 2 lounge chairs with end tables. Cleanest place I have been to in years. Kitchen is fully stocked. Keurig combo pot/K-cups was perfect for my coffee fiend wife. The showers, oh my God, best pressure EVER. Beach and pool access are literally steps away from you stepping off the elevator. We will DEFINITELY be renting this place again.

Overall great experience, would go back next time. Though location of the condo was hard to get into due to being near a red light and not having the best signage. However that would not be liquid life’s fault. Family friendly and had a blast while we were there.

This was our first time back in Orange Beach in over 11 years — and wow, we’ve missed it! The condo was absolutely perfect. Beautifully renovated with thoughtful touches throughout, it felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while revisiting one of our favorite beach destinations. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We were very happy with the condo! It was very clean and very spacious! Up to date furnishings and the balcony was great. It is right on the beach…all you have to do is take the elevator down and the walkway to the beach is maybe 30-40 yards. Pool area was nice and pool was clean. The only problem was the condo next door had a big slide in their pool area and my 3 year old grandson couldn’t understand why he couldn’t go over and play and swim over there. 😬😂
We all felt very safe and had no problems at all.
We cooked several meals and of course it’s not like your kitchen at home but we had everything we needed related to utensils and cookware. Be sure to bring trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels and paper plates.
The washer and dryer are the smaller stackable kind but worked fine.
The entrance to the parking lot is right at a stoplight… so if heavy traffic it can be tricky.
Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Only complaint is there was only one skillet in the condo and not a great one, but no other issues. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo, no problems with anything , never a wait for the elevator, always had plenty of parking available. Beach was not crowded . The beds were very comfortable, everything in the condo worked perfectly. The only thing I can find that wasn’t perfect were the floors had some sand still present when we arrived but we just swept the floors good and it was fine. We had a great time , we would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. Great location. Close to everything between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Well equipped with dishes, pots and pans,etc.Only complaint is the early morning wake up with construction on another floor (i guess that can't be helped though).

Great experience from the initial booking to the checkout. The property was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture in every room. Great kitchen and awesome appliances. We loved that this was a smaller building, making access to the beach easier and less crowded. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. If this property comes up in your search, book it!

Wish there had been a bathroom on lower level of condo, but elevators were fast and walk was short enough to go back to condo. The unit was exactly as depicted. Newly renovated, clean and spacious. I liked that the condo complex was small so we didn't feel like people were all over us. Priced well. Convenient location to restaurants etc.. I would rent this again.

Everything was excellent!! The only things requiring attention are changing/cleaning the shower curtain liners that were coated with mildew and adding ceiling fans to all bedrooms. My husband owns a carpet, tile/grout cleaning company. He noticed the carpets and tiles hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. The check in & check out process was fantastic. The condo was spacious with cute furnishings. The view and proximity to the beach were better than we could’ve hoped for.

This was our second stay in 4A. The new furniture and decorations really made a huge difference in the beach vibe. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating in dining/living room area, extra space throughout the unit, and easy access to elevators and parking make this a wonderful unit for our family of five.
