The location of the property was excellent! Being the last complex before the Gulf State Park is a huge perk. The condo itself was tight on space for our family of four. It worked but it is definitely smaller than I expected from the pictures.

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was the highlight of our trip. The only issue we had was finding the room when we checked in. We were on the 14th floor but the elevator doesn’t have a button for 14. The floor we needed was labeled P2, a confusing choice for us during our after hours check-in but the answering service was very helpful and responsive.

We stayed here for a week for my daughters softball tournament plus some family vacation time. Condo was exactly was I was expecting based on listing and pictures. Mostly clean condo! What a view! Great access to the beach. Mostly everything was clean. Only a few things to improve upon- master bedroom mattress too hard, microwave front glass and bottom of door cracked, washing machine smelled moldy and was dirty and the AC smelled when used.

We really loved the location of the condo, and that it was away from the Orange beach canal, which can lead to more sea critters. The condo is on the top floor which mean no upstairs neighbor noise. Overall, very quiet unit overall. The bed is not comfortable at all, we bought a mattress topper for the week, and that helped a lot-highly recommend doing that. Unit was perfect for 2 people, the bunk bed was in the way in the hallway/doorway, but good if you have children. Our biggest problem was our neighbors smoking cigarettes and pot. The smell was terrible in our unit!! We told several guards but they couldn't do much to help the situation. Overall, recommend the unit, and hope the units next to it do not smoke.

We really enjoyed the condo, the setup, and location. Check in/out was a breeze with email and text updates throughout. The rooms were just as listed. My only issue was the pullout bed in the couch was not clean. There was trash in the floor underneath when we pulled it out and the sheet on it felt dirty with crumbs. There was what appeared to be mold or blank stains on the vents. The couch had stains and the area rug in the living room could use an update. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time staying there and then view was spectacular!

Incredible location and unit mere feet from the beach of Gulf Shores. Amazing views and amenities - perfect for your next vacation.Only knock is the bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in and made getting rest very difficult.

This property is right on the beach with the state park on one side. The beach was not crowded, unlike the beaches just a few properties down. We would definitely stay here again. The building is a little older, but clean. The unit was great! The entry is a little narrow with a beach wagon, but manageable. Most of the units seem to be this same layout, though. It was decorated and stocked well!

My wife and I loved everything about this condo on our summer beach vacation! Loved the quite location next to the nature preserve, and the ocean was like bathwater in late August. The condo had such a wonderful view from the balcony and was nicely appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The pools were wonderful to cool off in after spending the day in the sun and loved the washer and dryer in the unit for washing and drying towels. Expect what you see in the photos and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at the beach! We look forward to staying again!!!

Stayed June 22-26. Large balcony for our family of four to enjoy the beautiful view. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of seating. Large pool. The hot tub was closed off for use during our stay, would have been nice to use that. The outdoor showers were great after the beach. Beautiful white sand and big waves for boogie boarding. Great location by the pier, think that made the beach less busy that we were right by it. Visited the State park and did a little hiking. Would recommend. Lots of restaurant choices nearby, but you need to get your name on the waiting list by 4-4:30 if you don't want a 2-3 hr wait for dinner! Would definitely recommend this condo.
