This was the perfect spot for our little family to celebrate my 40th birthday! I was surprised with a card and champagne from Liquid Life when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch. Access to the beach was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

Liquid Life is amazing! Our condo was so clean and matched the pictures. Their instructions could not have been more clear and easy. They even kept us updated on the weather conditions on the incoming tropical storm that was headed our way. We had several updates regarding safety for the weather. We really enjoyed our stayed! Very clean and perfect location! We loved how the beach was close to the condo so we didn’t have to walk far! Our favorite spot was the balcony! We ate out there multiple times! The kids thought that was real special! Only recommendations would be black out curtain for the room and for the kitchen sink to have hotter water. Can’t wait to go back again! 💜

-Loved the location of Royal Palms, it is the last condo unit on the beach before Gulf Shores State Park. Quiet with less people and traffic.
-Very Comfortable master king size bed, and super helpful having the hall bunk beds.
-The 2 full bathrooms were so very appreciated, even if the master was tiny.
-The very short walk to the beach from the condo was nice along with the outdoor and indoor pool.
-Liquid Life was easy to communicate with and good at reminder check out info.

Although we were only there for 4 nights, we really loved this condo! The room was clean and was very well stocked with anything that we may need. We couldn't have been happier with the Royal Palms building and the location. We would definitely stay again for an extended stay next time!

Great place! Property was clean and secure. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. Both pools on-site were clean, clear and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better and the walk out to the beach from the building was short. It’s adjacency to the state park meant lighter crowds on the beach. Just a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and the various restaurants & shops, and a short drive in the other direction to Orange Beach. The property manager (Liquid Life) made the check-in process seamless and maintained contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for years, and this was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

Liquid life was great about getting a maintiance guy out quickly but he replaced the batteries and they did not work. Had to have locksmith come out to get us in. we had to stand outside for 3 1/2 hrs. I have had a stroke and can not stand very long. It was very difficult for me. Also we were charged for parking but being handicapped could never get parking under cover during the storm that week and could not park under the owners parking. I think I should be refunded for some of the trouble that I went through. Especially the parking fees. Normally I am not a complainer but this was very hard on me being handicapped in the hurricane and not being able to cancel my trip. Thanks in advance for your help. Janice Cowart / Royal Palms #502

The place was clean and the location was amazing. Right at the end of the strip of condo's next to the state park. Great walking trails and nice that the beach was over crowded.

Also, we like the non-smoking but it is annoying when your neighbors sit on the balcony & stand in the walkway smoking. I know you can't control that.

This condo building is at the end of the row of condos so that makes the beach less crowded which is a plus. Only complaint is that both bathrooms have an incredibly loud exhaust fan that automatically turns on and you can't hear anything else outside of the bathroom once that is on. Not great if you're trying to talk with someone or keep an ear on your kids. Also, bunk beds are not full length so only kids are going to be able to use them.

This property was a perfect size for my family of 4!! The ocean view was amazing! Although it was Spring Break, the area was not crowded at all! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and heated indoor pool. It was breezy outside so the outdoor pool was too cold. There is construction nearby but it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our rental. It was right on the beach and next to the state park, so the beach wasn't crowded. The beds were comfortable. The pots and pans for cooking were great. Loved having a washer and dryer. Woiuld definitely recommend.
