This condo was is a great location. Staff was very kind and communication was very fast and helpful.The condo was cleaned and well equipped. Our stay was wonderful and very enjoyable. The only thing we had an issue with was where we was to get a parking pass on property. It may have been listed and I may have over looked it but it's on the third floor. Very easy to find once we asked around. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so easy to work with!

Loved spending time in your lovely condo. It took us a bit of time trying to check in. For some reason, we had the code but not the unit number. The property was perfect for our needs...it was actually bigger than we needed (for just the two of us) but it was similarly priced to a single hotel room next door, and a much nicer space to be able to work, relax and spread out. I would stay again!

Great location, great space with plenty of room for a family and a great and well appointed kitchen. Less than half a mile to Belmont Park and either the bay to the east or the beach to the west. Very quiet aside from the air traffic noise from the airport, but that is to be expected in the area. Very lovely place and will definitely return.

Excellent location! Half a block to the bay and approximately one long block to the ocean. This house is within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. Large kitchen with plenty or room to sit. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the patio.

I write this review having just left San Diego, California just a few days ago. Your beach house is one of the best ones I have stayed at! The location was remarkable - only a few minutes from Mission Bay Beach and the Pacific Ocean and just a short walk to Belmont Park. There were many shops/restaurants which were just a short walk. The beach house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The beach house had two balconies, one of which was covered, and the other one was large and in the shade in the late afternoon (I rented the top floor unit). We were provided two parking spaces which were great! They were small but we had small vehicles which were perfect. It had everything that was needed or wanted for a wonderful beach vacation! There was airplane noise but I don’t think you could stay in this area and not hear some noise. We will be coming back to San Diego and hope to stay in this beach house again!

Great location, nice and clean, comfortable Small easy fixes needed but overall the place was great and enjoyable. Kitchen well equipped (but may need salt/pepper. Had blender and electric tea kettle and coffee maker were great adds. We really had more good things to say than bad. Parking was tight for a full size truck but do-able! Easy walk to beach, coffee and taco stand nearby. Great time had-thank you! Fix it notes: ceiling fan light in first bedroom not working well creating strobe effect. Fan in 2nd bedroom very noisy. Freezer had small issue closing-creating some frost and bathroom toilet paper holder broken. Master patio door hinges need to be screwed down more so door opens easier.

The property was 5 stars all around. Location to beach and bay was perfect. Added parking behind the unit was great. We definitely felt a beach vibe with the decor. There were two things we couldn’t figure out: how to open the door to the master balcony and get hot water in the first shower. Perhaps it was us but we missed out on those two items. The home gets 5 stars from me and we were happy staying here, HOWEVER the listing info pictures are not accurate!! Vacasa needs to fix this- some bedrooms and living spaces shown in pictures are not in this unit! It is an upstairs only unit, and the yard area shown in pictures belongs to the downstairs unit so it shouldn’t be shown in this listing. I thought when booking it that it was much larger than it actually was due to the photos. Upstairs level of house only, 4 beds total (3 bedrooms), no bunkbeds, and one sitting area with one couch- not two. Listing errors aside- house location was so nice, super close to the bay and a short walk to the Ocean. Clean and comfortable! Very simple & reasonable check out requirements. Appreciated the nice assortment of beach items like chairs and volleyballs! Fyi- parking is great as long as you don’t have a large vehicle. Our car fit easily but our Toyota Tundra could not- parking space size would’ve worked, but it’s the narrow alley/ access that prevents maneuvering into the spaces. No fault to the house and actually if you have small-midsize vehicles I thought having two spaces was super nice, especially for the mission beach area. Very happy with the home, the cleanliness, and the location!

Everything was outstanding the condo was clean and very spacious great view of the gulf. The only issue and it was a minor one was the shower in the master bedroom was kind of small, and no shelves to put your shampoos and stuff. Other than that minor issue it was an overall great experience.

Holiday weekend did create a very crowded beach but that is to be expected in this area. It is walking distance to Pink Pony or Hangout for quick lunch or drinks. Publix and target are a short drive for essentials. Most important, the balcony view of the ocean is perfect !

Very clean, rooms exactly as pictured. Great location walking distance to mission bay and mission Beach. Lots of activities for the kids within walking distance. Carport are pretty tight if you're driving a bigger car but still fit our rental minivan. Property manager was very responsive over the phone. Messages sent online weren't addressed. Recommend calling if you have any questions or requests. Overall, nicely updated 3 bedroom unit. Was perfect for my kids!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and in a great location. It was right before Christmas and the weather was not the best so it was pretty quiet. There is a small market around the corner and a place to get coffee. The parking space is very tight. We were driving an Arcadia and found it easier to back into the spot. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

We had an amazing week as we booked both units:826 & 828 for a family vacation. Both units are well maintained, a block from the bay, 2 blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, everything was very easy to figure out in the house, parking was very adequate, and everything was very clean. I would book 710 rentals again, as they were very responsive and this place is fantastic!

This property is just perfect for a beach getaway! We had a girls vacation...two moms and four teenage girls. All the girls play beach volleyball at school so we purposely chose a location very near the Mission Beach beach courts. It was the perfect stay! Soooooo close to beach and lots of great food steps away. The market owner was amazing...such a great neighborhood!

Perfect vacation home! Exactly as advertised and more; the home even comes with a full set of beach items, i.e. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The location was perfect right between the Bay and Ocean, less than a 1 minute walk to both. Top level has views of the bay. Neighborhood is much quieter than the other side Mission Beach area. Would definitely rent this home again.

When I say that this is an amazing property and area, IT IS!! My two best friends and I decided to go to San Diego for my 56th birthday! In looking at properties, we collectively decided on this one! And we are glad that we did!!! It is SO CLEAN, spacious, very well stocked with every amenity needed! and the decor is beautiful!!! It felt like we were at home! The neighborhood was clean, the neighbors were quiet. and friendly! The beach is just 2 minutes away via walking. I would definitely recommend this property! 5 stars HANDS DOWN! When we return to San Diego, WE ARE STAYING HERE AGAIN!! Period!!!

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! 710 was a delight to work with. Their team was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The home itself was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has an amazing balcony, you can watch the boats float by on bay and sip your coffee in the morning. There was plenty of beach gear for the kids and it is less than a 30 second walk to the bay. On the front balcony you can look to the left and see the bay, look to the right and see the ocean... so cool! This was truly the quiet relaxing beach escape we needed and we want to thank everyone at 710 for making it possible. We can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly situated beach/bay getaway. Whether surfing in the ocean, running on the path, or stand up paddling the bay everything we needed was a short walk away. There was plenty of space in the house which appears to have been recently remodeled. It's a lovely home, perfect for our family of 5 to spend Thanksgiving. The only change I would recommend would be for some more baking pans and mixing bowls but we were able to make do with we had. As always 710Beach was great to work with and the only rental company we use for our San Diego getaways. Thank you!

We rented both units for a family weekend. This upstairs unit was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The location is great for access to the bay and the ocean. And management was very responsive to questions in the days leading up to our trip.

We loved our stay in the condo! It was located near the beach and the bay as well as a small market and take out food. It had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, dishes,l and bath towels. I do suggest you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, as this is the only area where they did not provide sufficient amounts. For the cost there should be more than enough toilet paper! Having two parking spots was great, just be aware that they are very tight for larger vehicles. The air-conditioning in each room was key, as it was a warm weekend! We would definitely stay here again and even consider renting the downstairs unit at the same time.

This place is perfect! It's clean, room for everyone and close to the bay or the beach. Seems very new. Did I say this was clean? It has tile floors that look brand new. A/C worked perfectly. You have complete control of the A/C in every room. This unit has everything you need. We rented through 710 Beach Rental and are very happy we did. They are a company you can trust and they are very responsive to anything that you need. I would stay in this unit for month next time! Like I said, it was perfect!

This was a great property for our group of five and one more person could be handled comfortably. We had the upper, 3 bedroom/2 bath unit and it was perfect. Everything is newly renovated, beautifully decorated with high end finishes throughout. The kitchen was excellent to cook in with all new top quality appliances. The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet space. The beds were comfortable and nobody complained of a bad night's sleep. The bathrooms are newly renovated to quality standards. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The location is great with a couple of blocks to walk to either the ocean or the bay. We highly recommend this property! The VRBO agent, 710 Beach Rentals was excellent to work with. Communication was great from pre-arrival to post-checkout, they stayed in touch for anything we needed to know.

I would give this 6-stars if I could! What an amazing rental, very well decorated and well thought out. Everything was accommodating, the beds were beyond comfortable, and the AC was a big bonus! We loved sitting on the deck having our coffee or a glass of wine! We've already booked our next stay here :)
