What an amazing condo! Beautiful decor! Well equipped with everything you would need in a home. Staff were very quick to respond. Couldn’t check in with code they gave me but with in 1 minute we were given another code! If we come back to Gulf shores I will definitely stay here!

Everything was great during the stay but very frustrated that even when mesaging booking manager about parking they didnt mention 50 per car parking fee and it wasnt clearly stated in description. Also insuated could have any number of cars in overflow lot which is typically false.

This condo was amazing. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! My favorite part was the comfy furniture on the balcony. Loved sitting out there in the morning drinking my coffee and watching dolphins! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our group of friends. Centrally located to many restaurants and shops, beautiful view of the beach. Very clean and comfortable furniture. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Highly recommend staying here!

This condo was absolutely perfect. The facilities were well maintained and very clean. The condo itself was super cute and the amenities inside were well supplied. The view was breathtaking and we spent our early mornings drinking coffee on the high top on the balcony. The building itself felt very quiet even though there ares many condos, which we appreciated. The communication from the hosts was spot on. We often checked the online guide for hints about what to do or where to eat in the area. We would totally stay here again and thanks for the wonderful vacation!

My family had the best stay! 4 adults and 4 teens. Very clean, comfy beds, very spacious for family dinners and game night either at table inside or out on the balcony! Easy walk to several places to eat. Really enjoyed our time visiting Gulf Shores!

This is a wonderful space for a relaxing getaway in the middle of plenty to do for our younger guests. Days begin with beautiful sunrises, and long walks on the beach. The condo has beautiful views of the beach and gulf. Lovely beach themed decor throughout. Very comfortable beds and linens. Common areas are a great space to hang out or play games. Great balcony with plenty of seating options. Highly recommend!

The weather was horrible with wind and rain, but this condo was spot on. What a beautiful place. It felt so much like home and we enjoyed to view of the beach and hearing the waves come in. What we most look forward to at San Carlos are the floor to ceiling sliding doors unfortunately the ones in the living room would not open at all. This was mentioned in a review in March but we expected that the necessary repairs would have been done by October, they were not! The location is fabulous and the beach is great! Living room furniture could stand to be replaced. Cupboards are very well stocked.

The condo was very very nice and in a great location. We were terribly disappointed that we could not check in until 4:00pm. Check out time is 10am, and the day we were leaving, they were waiting outside the door at 10:00am. I take the blame for not noticing that prior to booking; however, I did ask if we could check-in a bit earlier as we arrived at 11:30am from Dallas. The management company was just not very friendly. I have a broken foot and we had to sit with all of our luggage for 4 1/2 hours. Once we arrived, the location and unit were really nice. The kitchen dishes were nicely stocked, but there was nothing like cooking spray, salt, pepper, a coffee filter. We had to purchase these things in order to make a meal or have a cup of coffee! These things don't cost much, but it would have made our stay a bit more convenient. We left quite a few items in the refrigerator and told the cleaning staff they could have them. We were very pleased with everything except the management company communication and customer service. We were literally just another booking.

The location of this condo in San Carlos is amazing! We were able to easily walk to restaurants, stores, ice cream shops, etc. The condo itself was exactly as listed on VRBO. It had quite a few kitchen utensils and things that made the condo feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this condo to families looking for a great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place for vacation!

First of all, we enjoyed our stay in this unit and with the exception of a couple of issues would have rated it 5-star. The unit was just as advertised with nice furnishings and decorated with a cute and appealing beach flair. We have stayed several times on the beach in Gulf Shores and the deck furniture in this unit was the nicest that we have experienced. The only glitches were the sliding doors from the master BR to the deck were inoperable when we arrived so we contacted the property manager the 2nd day we were there who promptly sent a maintenance person. Being unable to fix the doors, he returned with a second person and they still could not make then operable. They told us that they would contact the owner who would need to arrange/schedule a window/door company to make the necessary repairs /adjustments. After waiting a week and hearing nothing, we contacted the property manager again and were told that they were waiting for a response from the owner. No further contact was received from the owner nor property manager and the doors were never fixed during our 29-day stay. Even some kind of note that they were "trying" would have been nice. The ice maker in the refrigerator also wasn't working and, after trying to get it to work with no success, we called the property management co. Again, they sent a person who was not successful and was going to contact the owner. Again, no response. Hopefully, the necessary repairs were made for the next guests.

Surfstyle/grocery store, waffle house, and package store across the street.Hangout is maybe a 12 minute walk. Has the perfect beach access. Even with being on the 14th floor close to spring break, never really had to wait on elevator. I would definitely rent this again, we didn't want to leave

We had the best time at this property!Everything was SPOTLESS, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, our kids enjoyed the sand toys included with the condo (we had forgotten ours), plenty of room and located right down from so many shops and restaurants!

We loved it! The only complaint we have is we wish the TV set up was a little better. Maybe having just internet and streaming services that guests could sign into. Otherwise it was everything we needed and more.

We loved the room and the view was wonderful! Checking in was not great and we did not get our room until almost 6:00 p.m. and then they were not going to clean it until we called and asked if our room was ready!! That experience was not great!! Malinda

Loved being right on the beach with the family in this condo! Everything was clean, the water in our unit stayed hot for everyone who needed to shower (there were 10 of us!). This condo is within walking distance of The Hangout, so makes the nights fun to listen to music! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Absolutely fantastic view off the balcony to wake up to every morning and a super walkable location to nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean. We were very comfortable staying there. This was perfect for us. My husband and I loved the room with the view and bathroom with a amazing jacuzzi. My parents came with us and loved having their own room and Bathroom. The bedroom with 4 bunk beds was perfect for our 4 teenagers and I loved that they had their own Bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed. They had games and more to use. The view from the nice large balcony was amazing. Being right on the beach was perfect. We were blessed to have great weather the whole visit. The town was perfect walking distance to everything shops, restaurants, mini golf, snacks, the amusement park was fun. Alligator Alley, dolphin cruise, and so much more we ran put of time to do everything. 6 days was not enough time. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything.
