SeaChase 1005C

This is the absolute best place to stay if you are planning a family vacation! There is a splash pad and kiddie pool, a large infinity pool, 2 other outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs and an indoor pool. So even if you don’t like sand you can have a great time outdoors. Super nice decor and a boardwalk from each tower to the beach. Excellent stay!

Overall was clean but master shower area needs cleaning as there was mold on the shower door and unfinished painting but other than those small items condo was well kept and clean. Easy to communication even though guard didn't have our parking pass we got it the next day. Thank you we will be back

This was a wonderful place to get away from work and relax. The condo & building were both very clean. Easy to get to the beach which is just steps out of the condo. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

We had a great stay at Seachase! It was a group of 3 moms with our 16 year old girls. Had a great set up so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beach access was great and pool area was nice. Would definitely go back! Tammy at the front gate was so helpful during our stay.

Very spacious and has an amazing view. Only down fall could be a little cleaner. Mater bath shower has mold in the caulk and the washer has been neglected. I did clean the rubber seal of the washer because it was black and slimy with buildup. Our family enjoyed our stay and will return again.

The condo was amazing. The only downside was the key to access the beach. We arrived and there was no key and I had to drive to the office to obtain one. I was told the last guest did not have key access to the beach either. That should have been resolved before we arrive. All in all I would still recommend this condo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Chase. Excellent location and proximity to the beach, not to mention 3 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property. The view from the unit and balcony was amazing. Our family had some technical difficulties with the thermostat and TV's but the property manager was quick to respond and help remedy our issues. We will try and rent this unit again. 10/10 would reccomend.

we have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 6 years, at least once a year. Always stayed at different condos looking for THE ONE. This one is it! Great location near Publix and near many of restaurants we go to every year. The pools and splash pad were perfect for our granddaughter except that we had a hard time getting her to leave to go to the beach. The condo is nicely appointed, comfortable and clean. It even has a separate icemaker. It comes with a reserved parking spot. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely book again

We couldn't have asked for a better condo! It was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Having access to so many pools when we needed a break from the beach was amazing too. We especially appreciated the indoor pool when some ran hit or we needed a break from the sun. We can't wait to come back!

A small plastic ring was in sheets on bed in grandkids room.

There were a several items that needed repairs and updating, but overall it was a good clean condo. SeaChase had great amenities and plenty of pools to choose from, especially for the kids. Great location with fantastic top floor panoramic views of the ocean. A great view of the sunrise from this unit and you can walk right down to the beach. Communication was great and the entire stay was perfect. We would book it again!

LOVES:1. Dedicated Icemaker, made it awesome for filling a small cooler for the beach everyday2. Awesome view and balcony with a nice table to relax at3. Pools and beach access were clutch for the kids4. A/C Cooled well and all the appliances worked as neededHATES:1. Only 1 Elevator was in service for the entire building. This made for a lot of long waits to get up to the 10th floor2. There were a lot of small maintenance needs that never got addressed while we were there, like burned out light bulbs, a broken cabinet door, and an unusable outlet in the kitchen.3. The wifi was literally unusable. Very important when I have to work from the condo and my kids want to stream a movie. We had to rely on our cell data the entire stay, which wasn't great due to network congestion. This is a big item for us to not work well.4. Lack of follow through from the prop. mgmt. We were told we would get a packet on check-in at the gate house and amenity fobs would be in the unit. Neither of those things happened. When I called about it, they made me drive down the road to pick new ones up before they closed because "only one person was in the office and they couldn't leave".. this proved to be false when I arrived.5. Lots of loud neighbors throughout the stay, but this is to be expected in a family-oriented condo development on the Redneck Riviera. Part of the experience, but some family members complained.

The condo has a beautiful view. Watched dolphins swim in the morning. It was fairly well stocked with kitchen stuff. I would suggest getting a vacuum to use and a dust pan to sweep up sand. If possible get another key made for condo too otherwise it was great! Beds are super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
