By far the best condo we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. The location was great and little to no noise! For it to be very busy outside, it was nice and quiet inside. Security was excellent by making sure those without wristbands were not allowed on premises which is a nice change from other places we have stayed. The room was immaculate and well cleaned. Definitely going to stay here again when we book a family beach vacation!

My family and I loved this property! We have stayed at a different location every year and I think this was our favorite. Everything was so clean and this condo has an updated fell so it felt even cleaner. The bunkbed room is small but was perfect for our two six year olds. All other rooms are very spacious. If I had to pick one thing to complain about, is that there were no kitchen knives. With three small kids we cooked most meals there and only having a steak knife to use was annoying. Other than that the kitchen is stocked very well. We would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was perfect for location and easy check in/check out. A beautiful view of the beach and well appointed with beach chairs, boogie boards, and kitchen ware. As with many Airbnb’s you need to bring your own supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish and laundry soap etc..) if you stay more than 2 days. There was a bit of confusion on where to purchase the extra parking pass. They stated it could be purchased at the office if we didn’t purchase it prior to arrival. I assumed they meant an office at the condo, but it was their office in Orange beach. Fortunately, we were able to purchase it from the guard though. The ongoing communication was fabulous with the staff at Liquid Life and the APP they provide was awesome! The elevators are always a pain at every beach front condo we have ever rented so expect that. There is a good restaurant on the beach next to the condo and parasailing as well. Walking distance to the Hang Out and shopping too. Overall A+

Great trip with the family. Great place close to everything. Very clean and loved being on the 11th floor. We saw a ton of dolphins every day. Our only issue the entire stay was the door would not unlock every time and we had to get security to open our door. They fixed it the next day and then it worked perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful week.

The condo was nice and the views from the balcony where great. Located by some nice restaurants and bars that you could easily walk to including The Hangout. The master bedroom bed however was awful and should be replaced. You could feel every spring and couldn't wait to get out of bed every morning. Really would have given it 5 stars if I could have got a good nights sleep without waking up with sore hips and back from the mattress.

Six adults in our family thoroughly enjoyed spending a week over Spring Break 2023. The condo was clean and very well stocked with a nice pool and awesome workout facility. The location was wonderful right on the beach with a surf shop/market right across the street and a good seafood restaurant right next door. We would definitely stay here again and thank you for the great time.

Condo was clean. We had a good experience here. The only thing I would say went wrong was the handle came of the balcony door day one. When reported we were told maintenance would come look at it. No one ever did show up. The patio doors were a bit hard to open. That did not minimize our stay in any way though. We would go back.

The view was great can't beat it. Loved the easy beach access. Large condo space to fit our family of 5. Communication from property management was easy but we were very confused that there was no actual check in desk. Check in was 3pm or after but by 4:30pm we still had not been contacted so I reached out and asked for an update as we had been in the area all day with a family of 5 and had gone grocery shopping expecting to be able to check in with nowhere to put groceries. I was thankfully given the code to property but was told the inspector had not stopped by yet. The inspector did come checked things out and we were on our way. The first night the fire alarms went off at 2am while we were sleeping. I called in the morning to report it and was told an emergency ticket was being put in. Someone came by late afternoon. Left a note saying all alarms were checked and if it happened again to take note if we were cooking etc. We weren't up and cooking at 2am. It didn't happen again thankfully. The condo was nice. The couch was kind of old and dingy. Both bathrooms had some black mold in the showers which is not very presentable. Easy fix which would look alot nicer to guests. The washing machine sounds like a roaring train and probably hasn't ever been cleaned. The facility grounds themselves were a little rundown and not well kept up. In the afternoons there were some older individuals who were not very pleasant operating the one elevator in the entire building. One day I wanted to go to the gym but could not figure out the secret to entering the code on the elevator I saw a maintenance person who refused to help me. He just said enter the code on the buttons. I did several times but it never worked. I walked out of elevator again ran into someone else on the grounds told them I already asked for help and wasn't given any. He did walk over with me ans showed me how the code works. The pool was simply just gross the water was cloudy every day and never looked clean at all. Overall we had a good stay. The condo was nice. There was just a few small details that could be updated for the price people pay.

The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I along with our daughter and two grandchildren were all very comfortable. It's right next to Sea and Suda which is handy but also I think made us more constantly hungry with all the good odors!

No surprised here, everything was as nice as you'd expect in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was great, swimming perfect. Here is the lowdown the the building/shared space itself. Yup, 2 elevators, gets busy sometimes, just like most others on the strip. Nothing too crazy, and usually very quick other than the peak times up and down to the beach. Getting the carts full of stuff up is the hard part. Start on floor 1! The pool was small and not heated. The hot tub usually full of little kids and only warm, not hot. Kids play area was good for little kids. The shared grills were functional. BYO charcoal. Finally, grocery stores were nearby and convenient to get to. I'd definitely go back.
