Very nice place. Floors were swept but very dirty. After spilling a drink, had to use one of the towels to clean it up. Towel was black afterwards. Needs to be better stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend but we did have a few snags. Our biggest complaint was the floors were VERY dirty! We all had black bottoms of our feet within 15 minutes. I addressed it with a Liquid Life Cleaning member that was cleaning the condo next to ours. He was very kind and apologetic, but said no one would be able to reclean the floors until we checked out. We wore socks or flip flops the rest of the time. Annoying, but doable! The refrigerator keeps getting mentioned in EVERY REVIEW!! IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! We brought VERY little and it was not properly chillled for almost 2 days on max setting. Please just spend the little bit of money to preserve people's food! The sliding glass door in the master bedroom had been ripped off and just propped up with a screw so it didn't appear broken with just a glance. I also immediately the crew know this so we weren't blamed for it. It was disappointing to no be able to use the balcony entrance from the master, but we survived! All that said......Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Wear and tear and dirty floors happen, I just hope it get addressed for the next guests!! :-)

The condo was beautiful. Great location. Spacious. Comfortable. The only thing we didn't like, it was not properly cleaned before we arrived and we had to spend that first day cleaning. I called to let management know, they just said they would pass the message along, we never heard back on this. We eventually purchased another night to have time to do everything we wanted to do.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The location was right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. However, the road noise in the two smaller bedrooms at night was pretty disruptive. We had a malfunctioning shower, discovered the night we arrived, but it was repaired the next day. The elevator lines were long at times, just as I’d read in other reviews. Overall, a great condo in a great location and we had a fun time. Minor issues, as above, but we’d come back again!

Loved the condo and location. Some other reviews complain about the elevator and I could see how that may have been a problem for them, but wasn’t really an issue for us. Wish there were more elevators, but overall, had a wonderful experience at this particular condo.

We traveled with 4 adults and 6 small kids. Property was perfect for us and we hope to return. There were elevator issues which we had read had been an issue for other guest. We had to get 6 kids down 13 floors of stairs one day. That was honestly our only issue. We will return for sure!

We loved Seawind 1308! It has an amazing location, right next to Sea N Suds, as well as walking distance to The Hangout and many other great restaurants! The amenities were perfect for our family, especially the heated pool and hot tub! The condo was well furnished and felt like home. We would definitely recommend it as well as consider staying here again ourselves!

Excellent location on the beach and close to many great sea food restaurants. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Everything was great but the weather didn't cooperate during our stay. It was cool and cloudy most of our stay although it was still 50 degrees warmer than back home.
