Seawind 300

We live this property. We have stayed on several floors in this condo. I do wish they would update the master bath area and add bigger tvs but we loved it regardless. We will continue staying here as long as we can get in.

We only had a few issues, the first one was it wasn't communicated which building we were suppose to be in. We parked at the big building, had all of our stuff on carts, waited on an elevator for over 30 minutes to get on the elevator ONCE we got on there and rode up... and then found out from someone on the elevator that we were at the wrong building. The information emailed over only said "300" which we assumed it was room 300 but it wasn't clear on which building. One other thing was we weren't sure where to take the garbage, so we had to look in the parking lot, just think you should maybe add that into the information of where to find the dumpster Also, our last day we got up early to take showers but we couldn't because the water wouldn't work, it was barely coming out to where we could barely wash our hands. Other than those little things, the place was perfect! Perfect location, we loved the big balcony.

This was our second successful stay at Seawind 300. We love the condo as well as the location. The only issue we had was the dryer wouldn’t work when we washed our towels. We were promptly brought a whole new set of clean towels when I contacted the manager. We would definitely recommend this condo. It is exactly as advertised. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We did have to contact customer service and they replied promptly. The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located. Our only complaints would be that the elevator was down one morning until noonish and the 3rd bedroom tv was black and white(?) It would have been nice to have some comfortable seating on the balcony. We were very happy with the condo for our beach vacation.

Enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Love the property. This is our 2nd time to stay in this building of Seawind and love how much room we have. The only thing I wish they could fix would be to somehow make the pool and indoor pool warmer. It was so cold my little ones didn't want to get in, VERY COLD.

We contacted customer service and they exchanged towels for us (since dryer wasn’t working) and the next day had it fixed. Great location steps away from beach and loved that we had our own private balcony overlooking the beach and had our own private floor in the resort.

This condo was great. It is in the smaller Seawind building, so parking is outside and very convenient. There are only four condos in the smaller building, which are all 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The elevator is only for those four condos, so it is like having a private elevator. The first floor is where the pool/hot tub is located. There is also a large kiddie pool across from it. The fitness center is on the second floor. Floors 3 to 6 are the condos. Each floor is one condo. This condo is very conveniently located to everything. It is about a 0.5-mile walk or drive to The Hangout and souvenir shops. There is a small grocery store and a Waffle House directly across the street. There is a restaurant called Sea-n-Suds behind the condo, right on the beach. This condo is very large, clean, and in a great location. There is a huge balcony in back, a small balcony in front off the second bedroom, and a door you can open off the side and see the pool. You can see out all four sides of the condo. Fantastic views. We had a great time!
