We had a lovely stay!! The outdoor furniture was fabulous and the indoor furniture was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, although we ate out more often than cook! Wonderful place!

The condo was perfect. Beautiful view, lots of seating on the balcony which was great. The condo was clean and had everything thing we needed. We traveled with our children and grandchildren. The kiddie pool was perfect for the little ones. The only thing we didn't like it, is there isn't a check-in time specified, it just says after 3. Our fault for not knowing that meant it could be anytime after 3. After a long 8 hour drive we were ready to unload and relax, but didn't get to check-in until after 4:30, which was a little bit frustrating that we had to just wait for a text telling us it was ready. Not convenient at all after traveling a long day. We however loved the condo and very much enjoyed our stay??

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and was very clean. We enjoyed the very large balcony overlooking the beach and pool below. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo and the location of it were great! My kids were a little disappointed in the workout room but other than that all was great. The outdoor seating area at this condo was perfect for 7 of us.

Overall, everything was great about our stay! The condo was nice and updated for the most part, beds/sheets were clean. There was construction right outside of our balcony, part of the parking lot was blocked off, and you had to walk through the construction to get to the beach. We were warned about construction but unfortunately it was after we already booked. The couches were worn out and kind of dirty, and the washer and dryer were very old and need replaced. At one point I thought the dryer was on fire when we were using it because it smelled like smoke so bad. Other than those couple of things, the condo itself was very nice and we loved having a view of the ocean every day.

We had a great experience with this condo. There was construction going on, but we were warned well ahead of time and there was no issue. The property managers checked on us to make sure things were good and responded immediately to any questions. All good experiences. Will definitely stay again!

This property was fully equipped with all the necessities! The only thing that could've been better was the patio area was a little dusty (due to sand & pollen). It only needed a little tidying up & it would've been perfect! We still enjoyed our time on the patio so no biggie. The "living quarters" were everything and more! Thanks for such an Amazing experience ??

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Shoalwater 703. It had all the necessary kitchen items including a Keurig! We loved the big balcony! Lots of space for our family of 6. Please note that there was not enough toilet paper and paper towels or trash bags—I went and bought more on day 2 of our trip!The elevator was great. Very speedy—never had to wait! There was a basketball court in the property so we went and bought a ball for the kids.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We had a great time during our stay at the condo. Everyone had their own room. Condo very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. Pull out sleeper sofa was broken, we emailed and called about the issue and someone was there to fix it later that day. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean, had all the kitchen appliances we needed for cooking in during our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We were close to lots of great places and the beach was right there. Only complaint would be the condo is supposed to sleep 10 and we only had 7 bath towels, a couple of hand towels and a few wash cloths. We brought wash clothes and our own beach towels so everything worked out.

Clean and beautiful condo. Perfect view of the ocean. The only feedback I would give is the below but it was still not something that would lower the 5 rating due to how awesome everything else was. **The sleeper sofa is broken in one area but still usable and did not impede sleep. **The dryer did not dry well or fast and it seemed it may not have been venting well. Kind of a bummer with 12 people. **Dish washer did not clean dishes even with being rinsed well .We took turns doing them by hand. Everything else was great. Would use again.

We absolutely loved staying here for our summer vacation. Checking in and out was completely contactless and easy. The place is absolutely beautiful and true to the pictures. The beach is literally just steps away. Would 100% recommend.

This property is everything it says it is and more! Beautiful decor and updated kitchen and baths. We had a family of five adults and it was perfect. The balcony was our favorite place to be for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Nightly Uno games on the balcony were wonderful. Can’t wait to rent this property again!

The unit was just as advertised. We had minor issues, but we called Charles and he took care of things immediately. Great location on the beach. Location is great! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely rent from Charles again:)

Awesome was the first word spoken when entering this fabulous condo. Comfort, convenience, great variety of kitchen items, and all was very well maintained. The views from the impressive oversized balcony in fantastic tall chairs allowed you to look over the railing were perfect in sun and rain, and on early mornings and late nights! Key pad on door is a huge plus! We’ve stayed in several places throughout the years in Orange Beach, but always return to ANYTHING owned by Chuck!! He is an awesome owner and the best we’ve EVER worked with. He always responds quickly and has the right answers for anything we ask. No issues at all except that beach time flies by too quickly. Already looking forward to the next opportunity to work with this owner and stay in this beautifully decorated condo. Highest recommendations!!

We are regulars to Orange Beach and have stayed in many different condos. This was one of my favorites! Charles was easy to communicate with and provided all of our information in a timely manner. His condo was very well maintained. He had beautiful pieces of furniture that were also very functional with lots of storage and organizational spaces. The beds were super comfy! When traveling, I usually wake up with my back hurting because of the mattress but not this trip! Thanks Charles for a great week! We really enjoyed your condo!

My family enjoyed the condo. The layout of condo was nice and up to date and kitchen was well stocked. I like how 2 bedrooms were off the back hall- if someone needed quiet away from tv. the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend .

Our family loved our week in Shoalwater #703. Some of the special highlights of this amazing condo are: a wonderful view of the gulf from a large well furnished balcony, full size bunk beds (all three kids had their own beds), very nice updated and well stocked kitchen. Our family ate many meals at the hightop table on the deck. The living room is pretty and comfortable to hang out in on a rainy day. The master bedroom has a soft king sized bed and large bathroom. It opens to the balcony. We appreciated the keypad lock on the condo door. The building is clean and we never had to wait for an elevator. We hope to return!

The condo was just as described by the owner. Our family of four stayed for a week in May and had a wonderful time. The condo is conveniently located to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores in Orange Beach. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pools as well as the indoor pool. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be booking our next vacation with them again. 5 stars. *****

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our early October stay. Being steps from the beach and pool was perfect. When we come to the beach we want easy access to both along with a nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee and sunset dinners. The renovated interior was nicely decorated and done in a family friendly manner with comfy couches and beds. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the Keurig sample k-cups! Location is perfect for running to Publix or Walmart and plenty of family friendly restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out the burgers at The Gulf, brunch at The Ruby Slipper and bring home fresh steamed shrimp & crab legs from Lartigue's!
