The only thing to mention is there is nothing extra for condiments. No salt and pepper or coffee filters. No extra paper towels, toliet paper, trash bags etc. Come prepared. Orher than that the unit was exceptional. Clean, comfortable and beautiful views.

It was the perfect place. Felt like home. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, pans. Only thing I wish I knew there weren’t any salt and pepper shakers or oil spray for cooking. We had already gotten groceries before I realized. It was a gorgeously decorated place. Exactly how I would decorate it if I owned it :). It was quiet and so close to the beach. Loved it and definitely considering staying here again next time!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect- close to shopping (basically across the street from Publix) but the beach wasn’t overly crowded. We loved having the indoor & outdoor pool options for the kids. Check-in was easy and the management company was good about checking in with us. I WAS surprised the unit wasn’t cleaner given how they promote their cleaning- it was quite obvious they didn’t do the best job on the flooring. But that didn’t impact our stay! It’s definitely an older building in need of some maintenance, but again, that didn’t impact our trip.

Great place to stay (except some construction next door). Walked on the beach in hoodies (37 degrees) and sampled the local cuisine. Played cards and relaxed on deck with our favorite beverages, and watched the waves roll in at the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Not many people around this time of year. Very quiet. Will be back!

Location of property was great… check in was disappointing was almost 5 before we could get into the room. Had to call to have master bedroom tv fixed someone finally came but never came back and actually fixed. So that was annoying especially bc it rained quiet a bit… but beach view was great and location was great! Overall good experience.

The building is a bit worn but the unit was nicely appointed and clean, not spotless. My biggest issues were poor communication with Liquid Life which caused minor inconvenience. I asked for a second parking pass more than a week prior to arrival, but had no response. Upon arrival, on-site building management was very helpful. Also, only wifi available was an unsecured, open network. Overall, many more pluses than negatives.

We 1000% enjoyed the place we stayed! Ocean front views, loved the balcony and master bedroom balcony access, easy walk to the beach, easy access to everything along the beach! The condo was decorated beautifully and was really clean. Will definitely be returning to this condo again!

This was a wonderful condo and we look forward to spending many more vacations to this exact spot! It was fully equipped with everything you could need! The only complaint was the cleanliness of floors. There was no sand present upon arrival but our feet were black after walking around for just a few minutes. We had to take wipes and clean them ourselves. Other than that, it was perfect and we can’t wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our little family. The location was great and the condo was exactly what was pictured on the listing. The only thing I would recommend is cleaner floors. I've been vacationing along the Gulf Coast at least twice a year for the last 15 yrs or so. This condo was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The décor was both beautiful and comfortable. Loved the pool and the close access to the beach. If you have anyone that has difficulty walking there are ramps not steps down to the beach. The complex was in good shape and the elevators were air conditioned. The only thing is there was no full length mirror. A girl has to make sure her shoes go with the outfit ! haha I would highly recommend this property. Hope to have return visits !

The property was very clean and spacious. Decorated with a nice beachy feel. Great location for all your needs when not on the beach. Take your own chairs and umbrellas or a canopy. The rates to rent are ridiculous. The amenities were nice as well. Indoor and outdoor pool,hot tub,exercise equipment and ping pong table.Kitchen was well equipped to cook anything you wanted and grills on the patio if you prefer to cook outside when its not too windy.

Condo was very nice. Perfect location to everything with out the crowd. Only things we could have used in the condo that we did not have was a hair dryer and scissors:) Check in was easy... just across the street. Staff at rental office and condo were wonderful. Best time ever. Will be back.

We stayed 4/30 to 5/7 and really enjoyed this condo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo is much larger in person than the pictures show. The condo is very nicely updated and very comfortable. The beach is clean and was not busy during our stay. The pools onsite are smaller than other condos, but we had no issues. The wifi service worked great and the cable tv also was fine. A/C worked very well also. The only negative was the condo floor would leave the bottom of your feet black after walking on it for a period of time. I do believe the cleaning crew could clean the floors better to prevent this.

This condominium complex is very nice and it is sort of secluded away from other complexes so that means more room on the beach without it being so crowded...yaaay! Anyway, this place is very nice and the accommodations were excellent. The only problem I have with the complex is you have to walk from the far right of the building through three security gates to the beach. When you are lugging things to the beach this can become quite a hassle and I feel there should be a way to go down the elevator to the bottom level and exit through the back of the condo complex like many do. Obviously, this is not the fault of the owners of the individual condominiums. This one was very spacious and offered all the amenities a nice two bedroom two bath could offer. The queen beds in the extra bedroom was one of the main reasons we chose this condo. VERY NICE!
