We enjoyed our getaway time. This unit was just what we needed for rest and rejuvenation. The gulf view was wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. We will seek out this Confo and this unit specifically in the future.

Absolutely beautiful, clean condo! Kitchen was very well stocked with anything and then some of what I would have expected. We do a girls trip every year to different locations and this was by far the best! Weather was not good but …. Not their fault!

We enjoyed our time at the beach. My son and his wife took in more of the beach than my wife and I. The weather was cooperative most of the time with the occasional shower. You can't go the beach without eating seafood which was tasty as usual. All in all our vacation was very relaxing.

Easy check in. Door code all that was needed. Excellent view. Spaces between balcony railing to wide. 1 1/2 year olds head could fit thru. Didn't spend lot of time on balcony because of this. Everthing very clean except the kitchen. Roaches on stove and kitchen counters.Enjoyed stay.

Place was great, the only down side was that there were some bugs in the kitchen. I noticed management and they had someone out to spay within a couple of hours. Very responsive whenever I reached out.

VRBO was exactly as listed! Clean & spacious. Perfect for our family of 5 with an amazing beach view off the balcony. Aside from the storm and not so great weather, it was perfect! I do however wish the hot tub wouldn't have been closed 2 of the 5 days since the beach was double red flagged and you couldn't swim, but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. :)

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Orange Beach. The location was close to everything we needed restaurants, grocery store, Adventure Island, and more. The condo was clean with plenty of towels, dishes, etc., and the decor was nice. I loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was an indoor pool to use on the chilly early March days. We also used the game room with ping pong, connect four, and cornhole. The communication with the Liquid Life team before, during, and after stay was great. Easy check in and checkout process. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week and enjoyed the condo. Loved the views, balcony and especially the view from the big window in the master bedroom. and the huge shower in the master bath. Living room sofa, chairs were not very comfortable and kind of dated. but otherwise everything was top notch. Would definetly stay there again..

Since our travelers could not walk a lot, they simply hung out on the balcony most of the time, while my cousin and I went down to the beach. We had a blast!! A couple of suggestions....leave instructions on how to work the TV, etc., and leave info on things like beach wheelchair rentals, etc. We cooked in the room, and had most everything we needed!! Great place to stay!!!

Parking lot isn't good for trucks or SUV vehicles. Pictures on the walls in living room wasn't straight and neither was some of the lamp shades when we arrived. But with that being said we enjoyed our stay in this condo its very nice and we may be back again. Thanks

To start, the unit was ready at check in time provided. It also helped to bypass the lobby and go direct. Instructions were clear and concise.As for the inside, plenty of space for a two-bedroom unit with comfortable bedding and pleasant master bath amenities for a unit priced as reasonably as this property. The Roman shower was a pleasant touch BTW. Our sleep was comfortable each night.Kitchen and living area fulfilled our needs. We are in with exception to visiting the Flora-Bama Lounge one night. The beach view and alone time recharged our batteries. I couldn't decide if I wanted to go back home and instead purchase a property here.The only small items I want to address are the master TV. We are old school and had trouble determining whether live TV had actual local TV. Also, please provide small items such as actual soap (shower gel was weak) and some salt and pepper in the kitchen. This did not detract in any way from our stay. Just wanted to point out since I plan on returning hopefully to this unit around this time next year.Overall, my favorite stay out of ten total stays in OBA over the past several years including some of your better known and luxurious condos. Plan on having me back. I love walking to Publix for small amenities. The location is second to none and the beach area isn't crowded like other condo buildings. Couldn't recommend this place any higher.

We are old school and had trouble determining whether live TV had actual local TV. Also, please provide small items such as actual soap (shower gel was weak) and some salt and pepper in the kitchen. This did not detract in any way from our stay. Just wanted to point out since I plan on returning hopefully to this unit around this time next year.Overall, my favorite stay out of ten total stays in OBA over the past several years including some of your better known and luxurious condos. Plan on having me back. I love walking to Publix for small amenities. The location is second to none and the beach area isn’t crowded like other condo buildings. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

Awesome location with beautiful beaches! Not too crowded on Spring Break since there are not to many other condos next too us which was really nice. Lots of shopping close by, lots of great restaurants (DOCs Seafood was amazing!!). Plenty of room for surf fishing and a lot of local bait shops near by too. If you go to the beach for the beach, this place is fabulous! The condo is secluded which meant plenty of room on the water, even in July. The walk down to the beach was quick and easy too. By far the best beach experience I’ve ever had! Our only complaint had nothing to do with the condo itself. The cleaning company only left us 4 washcloths for a room that slept 6 people. We called and they said there was a shortage, but it was an easy fix with a trip to the dollar general! Just would have been nice to know when packing. Otherwise everything was great!

My wife, mother in law, 2 year old son, and myself really enjoyed our recent stay at summerchase 405! The sunrises are amazing from the balcony! You can open the door and hear the waves crashing while eating dinner at the table. We did oil the door to the patio because it kept sticking. There were not many things left for using in the unit like garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters but we went to the store to get that stuff. I don't know if it was due to COVID or that is the way the unit is. It was not a big deal to us at all. The amenities at Summerchase are amazing too. We definitely plan on returning!

We loved this beachfront condo! The size was comfortable, the decor a well designed and welcoming beach theme, and the unit overall well stocked (we couldn’t believe there was even a blender and slow cooker; note that the coffee maker is a standard drip if you’re bringing supplies with you). The location was also perfect. We traveled during COVID and wanted something both on the beach and distanced from the crowds, and this more than met our needs. In fact, we would opt for this regardless to enjoy a little more personal beach space! While we stuck to condo, beach and takeout this condo is close to a Publix, Starbucks and more. Speaking of takeout, we enjoyed some incredible seafood meals from just down the street - but check websites or call ahead to confirm takeout hours or availability. Checking in and out was a breeze (and contact free), the condo was comfortable, and the view was spectacular. Plus beach access could not have been more convenient. We would absolutely return to this unit!

Very nicely furnished, had everything we needed. Only downside is the noise from the sliding glass door! Ours and everyone elses- neighbors upstairs were noisy and one of the two elevators was out our whole visit. Luckily we are in good shape so we used the stairs, but if you are older, 4 flights of stairs may be too much. GREAT location

We never received our confirmation email. We never received any responses from messages sent. We called and never got to speak to anyone. We left voicemail for a return call that was never returned. We never received our code to get in the condo. The front desk had to contact the owner to let us in after waiting for an hour. Management company was very poor but condo and location was perfect.

We really enjoyed this condo. We have stayed at Summerchase Condominiums several times. While they are a bit older, they are reasonable in price and are easily accessible. This particular condo was very well furnished and worked well for us. It is on the 4th floor which we are used to being on higher floors, but we actually liked the lower floor. We still had great views and it was less stops to get back and forth from the lobby/beach to our room. Summerchase is close to everything, secure and has plenty of amenities. I was a little disappointed in the policy change that does not allow anyone under 16 to use the hot tub. My kids were disappointed and this did not use to be the case. Besides that minor item the pools were clean and generally quiet. We will definitely be back.

This condo was light, airy, relaxing! Perfect location in Orange Beach. We had such a good time here. Everything was in great shape. Loved the decor and check out that bath/shower in the Master Suite!!! Only thing I'd say to add is a full length mirror and combination entry on the front door........not keys! There nothing on the property on either side of this condo which makes it such a great view. You will not go wrong staying at this wonderful condo overlooking the pool and the beach......... We highly recommend this place~~~

We came for my birthday and had such a great time! Booking on line sometimes can be kinda like a chance you take but this Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures and we were very satisifed. The condo is very comfortable and great location. Close to Gulfshores/Peridido Beach and Florida...actually just down the street you can walk the beach to all locations. The beach was clean and not crowded in front of the condo which was nice. Open lots on both sides of Condo which was perfect to us, making it not busy once on the beach were we spent most of our time at. If you are looking for chair to chair and people very close to you this is not the place to stay because you definitely will NOT have this here. Very great "Family" environment or a couples get away spot. Cant wait to return again :) The only thing I have to suggest is to put a mat like in hallway by front door in the master bathroom, because the floor is very slippery after getting out of that great shower. We came for my birthday and had such a great time! Booking online sometimes can be kinda like a chance you take but this Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures and we were very satisfied. The condo is very comfortable and great location. Close to Gulf Shores/ Perdido Beach and Florida...actually just down the street, you can walk the beach to all locations. The beach was clean and not crowded in front of the condo which was nice. Open lots on both sides of Condo which was perfect to us, making it not busy once on the beach where we spent most of our time at. If you are looking for chair-to-chair and people very close to you this is not the place to stay because you definitely will NOT have this here. Very great "Family" environment or couples getaway spot. Can't wait to return again :) The only thing I have to suggest is to put a mat like in hallway by the front door in the master bathroom because the floor is very slippery after getting out of that great shower.
