This is such a wonderful unit. First impression is how clean the unit is plus parking outside the foyer and you do not have to load a ton of luggage on the elevator. Beds were comfortable, large tv's (in case of rainy days) in all rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need (including a Keurig as well as regular coffee pot), hairdryers, nice dining table and six chairs on the spacious balcony and the view is beautiful. You can also look down on the lazy river and pools. The rental agency was great about keeping in touch. We also liked that we had a door code to key in instead of keeping up with a key. The only negative is The Oasis association charges 60.00 to park and this is to high. Not the owners fault I imagine......just rules and the desk person NOT friendly.

We spent 8 days/ 9 nights at the Phoenix West II condo unit #1103. Our family had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. All total for the week there were 7 adults and 3 children. The unit had 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom plus another bathroom in the hall which also had a washer and dryer. Plenty of room for everyone. TVs in every bedroom, plus the living room. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication throughout the booking process to check out. Answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided the requested information. Instructions provided for checking in and out in a timely manner. Condo provided carts and buggies to carry luggage, bags, groceries, etc. inside. They were located by the elevators on each floor. This condo was wonderful. As described. Right on the beach. Well decorated. Views were awesome. Great balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view. The condo amenities were great. In addition to the beach, there was an in-door pool, hot tubs, outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor chess game, game machines, etc. Since we had 3 children with us, this gave us and them plenty of activities to enjoy. Location was great. Nearby restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The property is gated, and parking passes are required for each vehicle. We were told that only 2 parking passes would be given, as parking was managed by the condo association, however, we had no issue obtaining 4 passes. Just had to pay for each one. Plenty of parking available especially on the higher levels of the parking deck. It was nice to be able to park on the same level as the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The only issue with the kitchen we had was with the dishwasher. It did not dissolve the dishwasher pod completely on a full cycle. Other feedback/suggestion, would be to leave a few light bulbs in the unit as there was one out in the orange bedroom bath. Also, one over the dining room table was out. One went out while we were there in the front bedroom bathroom. Might also want to check the light switch in the front bathroom for a short as it sometimes didn’t want to engage. Also, other feedback, is there is a carpet tack going from the kitchen into the living room that if you’re barefoot it will bite you. Had one toe that required a band-aid. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The accommodations were awesome. Great location

This was our first time to the Gulf Shores and loved our stay. The condo was exactly as described. We loved the decore and layout of the property. Being able to park on our floor with shopping carts available to bring in this was tremendously helpful! The property had many amenities however we just enjoyed the beach and the lazy river.

Stay was enjoyable. Property was accommodating for our guest with a handicap need. The lazy river was great for all involved. Splash pad for the real littles and actual pool for the kids wanting to swim and do tricks. Have to get up super early not to have to walk far for seating on beach unless you rent from the rental chairs. Water was so clear and we could see dolphins each morning. We all agreed we would definitely rent from this property again.

Overall, the condo was beautiful. We LOVED that we could park on our floor(11th). We didn’t need an elevator to unload and repack our car which is a game changer when you’ve stayed on higher floors. My only complaint is that it’s high time to replace outdoor patio furniture. The table is missing about 3 full legs. Many drinks and meals were lost because it would tilt over with any pressure. Replace the patio furniture and we will be back again.

Place was as pictured. Loved the amenities of the condo, especially since we had cooler weather and rain. It was nice to use the indoor pool! Definitely one of the nicest VBROs I have stayed with. Convenient location on Orange Beach, easy to get to anything in Gulf Shores or into Florida. Beds were on the soft side for us. Loved having the hall bath with laundry! Stove was finicky, but we figured it out after a few meals. Great sized kitchen for a group.

We chose Phoenix West II because it seemed to have the most amenities that could be utilized in the winter. The condo was large & had plenty of space for our family of ten. It has a very nice balcony with a gorgeous view. The elevators were fast, & there were plenty of buggies & carts conveniently located on our floor. It was nice to be able to park on the same level as our condo. It is also super nice to have a code to get into the door to share with everyone in your party so no worrying about who has a key. Workout facility, pools, & hot tubs were all very nice. The snack bar wasn’t open & the putting green is torn up, but all else was very good. There is a nice ramp to the beach with several water hoses & shoe storage. Condo is convenient to all you need. Definitely a great beach experience!

The condo was very nice and well appointed. The pictures online do not do it justice. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, this condo was spotless. There were some baby handprints on the mirror in the living room (we don’t have a little one) but I’m sure it was an oversight. Pros: the ice maker. It made filling up the cooler so easy. I noticed all the doors in the condo are extra wide which would make it very accessible for a wheelchair or scooter. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes for all of the bathrooms. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans in the rooms too. Nice washer and dryer to clean all your clothes before you go home. Cons: The master bed needs a new mattress it dips down. I slept on the right hand side and felt like I was falling off. The pillows that were on the bed were so thin and flat- bring some from home! The shades in the master bedroom need to be replaced with something that gives more privacy. You can still see through the sides. The shower in the Master bath has two shower heads, you will need to turn both of them on if you want water pressure. I can only assume that with being on the eleventh floor that may have something to do with the pressure? My daughter said that the room that has two double beds, the bed is very loud. Like tossing and turning at night, you would disturb whomever was in the other bed. I did not sleep in there so I can’t say 100% that was true. The property: The property has lots of nice things. Pools, lazy river, splash pads, tennis court, outdoor grilling area, hot tubs, fitness room, beachfront. One thing that I noticed is that there are no stairs to get to the beach, a long ramp gets you there. Again, great for a wheelchair or just for someone who has a hard time with stairs. There is beach service $40 a day for 2 chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. The weather was beautiful every day. We enjoyed the beach and the lazy river during the day and playing games at night. The condo was very clean and making our reservation was very easy. The Gulf2Beach staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did have a problem with the sliding door being hard to lock/unlock and hard to open.

We will have maintenance check the lock on the sliding door. However, the sliding doors are heavy. In order to meet building codes for high wind speeds during a hurricane. We had a wonderful stay in this unit 1103! We had no problems! The condo had everything identified on its website. This is a great place for families. Not a lot within short walking distance, but lots a short drive away. Me, my parents, husband, 15 year old daughter and 11 year old son all had lots of fun! Thank you Gulf 2 Beach!

What a wonderful weekend! NCAA beach volleyball championships did not disappoint; nor did this awesome condo!! Plenty of room; love having the 4th bathroom. Check in was a breeze, even got to check in early. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was a big plus, because we did a lot of cooking. Enjoyed our stay!!

Dish network TV worked in all but 1 bedroom. MARCH IN ALABAMA IS COLD. TEMPERATURE IN 50s throughout our stay. OUTDOOR POOL AND LAZY RIVER ARE NOT HEATED. Toaster does not work. Ice maker was nice to have. Beds reasonably comfy. Showers with decent pressure. Liked ability to park car within a couple hundred yards of condo front door. Excellent seafood restaurants all over the area. Wish they supplied beach towels and beach chairs. $105 for 2 loungers from Ike's beach service chairs for 4 days...one day it was too cold for Ike's workers to come to beach.

Thank you for staying with us, It was an unusually cool damp winter on the gulf, but since no one can control the weather we make the best of it. You did have a great indoor pool area. Sorry we did not know about the broken toaster as that could have been replaced within an hour of you reporting the problem. GLAD YOU ENJOYED THE WONDERFUL SEAFOOD THAT IS OFFERED HERE. We liked that each couple had their own bathroom. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We parked on the 11th floor and were able to carry everything from the cars without using the elevators, which was a plus. The view was nice. The weather was rainy every day until after lunch, but we brought games with us and had a good time anyway. We prepared our own meals in the condo. The groceries are very close and there are several to choose from.

It was a last minute booking and we were very pleased. The property was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We had friends that stayed at a resort nearby and when they came to visit us they were so impressed they decided to join us on the beach at our property. They were accomodated with wristbands and we had a wonderful time on the beach playing volleyball and relaxing. We originally booked two nights and enjoyed the property so much we called and was easily able to add another night. This property was a winner and we will definitely be back!

The location is not very easy to walk to restaurants (except one across the very busy street). And it is not an idea location for biking/running, which I like to do. From the moment we walked in on New Year's Eve, we were impressed with the decor, layout and comfort of this perfectly located condo. We were also happy to see the large TV screen in the den as there were some football games we did not want to miss. The kitchen is set up to cook whatever you wish. Appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need were there. The condo is beautiful inside and out. It has a great view of the beach; we stood on the balcony and watched fireworks at midnight. It is also very close to the Gulf State Park trails which we thoroughly enjoyed. We just walked out the door, across the street and down a little ways to the park. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Rick, It sounds like to you did it all. Having a guest enjoy there visit is our biggest goal. Football games on those TV's make you feel as if you are in the middle of it all in a comfortable seat. My wife and I stayed in this condo on our winter vacation and we were floored with the quality of the furnishings in this unit. I appreciated the time the owner has put into the unit to make it comfortable for renters. Flat screen TV In each bedroom, bathrooms with showers in each bedroom, a wonderful hot tub in the master- this place is top notch. The unit could easily fit a large family, or traveling couples or a group of friends very easily. Upon arrival I was immediately texting photos of the view to friends, it is amazing, completely unconstructed. I was able to use and enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and both were great. There is a lazy river, which would be great for kids. The building is located close to a movie theatre, outlet shopping, and a grocery store. If available, I will definitely stay in this unit again. Top notch- would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I stayed in this condo over Christmas and we were highly impressed with the unit. The unit was VERY tastefully decorated and it truly was a home away from home. The unit was quite spacious and could easily accommodate a large family or several couples traveling together. Each bedroom had its own en suite, which was a nice amenity. The view from the living room and balcony is priceless--completely unobstructed views of the ocean! There's a lazy river with a water slide, an outdoor pool, and a huge indoor heated pool with 4 jacuzzis. The building is very close to The Wharf, which has a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. We were there during the NFL playoffs and we were able to catch the Patriots games at Baumhower's Sports Bar--a nice place to catch your favorite team's games! The building is also about 30 minutes from the Tanger Outlets. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!
