Other than having a broken down fridge in the living room, not getting a gift card promised for the place possibly being shown for sale at any moment, and just simply not responding when asking for compensation for said fridge since they refused to remove it. The place was very nice. It is a tough location to beat. Just be sure to set aside time for waiting on an available elevator. Luckily my children did not get stuck in the fridge.

We try to book a beach vacation every summer with our family. The space and kitchen was great. The wrap around deck was nice. We cooked almost every meal because it is too hard to go out to eat after a long day at the beach with young children. It was nice to have a storage pantry and a large kitchen to accommodate cooking for 14 people. Would stay again

Stay was great, beach view was amazing, pools and all the amenities were great. The only problem I had was they didn't tell me that the parking was $60 a car beforeI booked, and if you don't have that tag in the window they will put a boot on the car and it's $200.00 to get it off. Other than that the place was wonderful.

The property was great, we had two families of four with plenty of room for everyone. Having 5 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the mornings. The elevators were no problem in late March, but I could see that as a problem if the building was at capacity. One area for improvement would be softer / newer mattresses for adults, they were much thinner than the mattresses on the double beds.

Property was spacious, beautiful and the perfect place for a multi-generational vacation. Two bedrooms had king sized beds which was a huge plus. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would love to stay in this same condo again.

The size and location of the condo is great. Would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked, but it had all the essentials.The balcony was a perfect size and we had a lot of room to spread out. With each bedroom having a bathroom, it kept the adults from being able to not share with the kids!!The building elevators were a mess to deal with but that had nothing to do with the property itself.

Love the Phoenix West II however this trip the elevators were a real problem and being on the 19th floor made for really long waits almost every time going to pool or beach. Love the Lazy River. Would be nice if the poolside concession was open .

The only problem we had was microwave would not work at times. We called twice about it and they said they were sending someone up and no one ever came. When we arrived still had a lot of sand on the floors. I assumed floors forgot to be cleaned so I had to start vacuuming.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. I loved the place it was great. The only issue we had was the microwave didnt work and we put our parking pass on our dash board and they work us a warning that we put it on the wrong side of the dash board.

This was a beautiful condo! All of the bedrooms had a balcony with a view of the gulf. It was roomy and well equipped. The two negatives- no hand soap in any of the wonderful bathrooms! Also, the hide-a-beds were terribly uncomfortable. Worse than the average. Bring an air up mattress or mattress pad if you need to use them. Although it is disclosed, they absolutely will not allow more than two vehicles. I think this is a terrible way to do this. We had a group of 13, two vehicles will not hold us. They offered parking 5 miles away! Overall this was wonderful and our second year at the complex. First year in this condo. We enjoyed it!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. It was just as the pictures appeared. The ocean view was magnificent in all directions. We are planning our vacation for next year! There are a couple of items that need attention: the tall chairs need to be tightened and the ice maker, in the bar, is not working correctly. The lesser star ratings were due to no code received to get in the condo. I made two calls being left on hold while we waited outside the condo door. Then we had to call the manager.

We enjoyed and were overall very happy with our stay. The only suggestions I have are the blankets in the closet should be cleaned between guest. We were unable to use them because they were dirty. The mattresses are not very comfortable.

Very nice accommodations. Only issue we had was being woke up both days of our stay at 8:00 am by someone wanting to install some security device. We did not let them in. Otherwise it was a great time and we will certainly be back.

We enjoyed staying in this unit so much. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony every single night- I’ve never seen such beautiful ones while at the beach with the unobstructed views. The condo was decorated very nice and we loved the shiplap accent wall behind the tv- nice touch! Furniture was wonderful and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking this unit again! The pictures don't do this unit justice at all! It is huge and perfect for large groups! Each bedroom has its own little balcony too. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the view is amazing. The trash chute is right outside the door too! The only complaint I have is housekeeping. Everything was clean, except the floors. I don't think they had ever been mopped. The bottoms of our feet were dirty after we walked across the floor barefooted. We also had to wash our sheets again as they were all full of sand. These are minor things compared to the amazing condo as a whole. I know check in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 1:30 to see if we could just put our things in our room and head to the beach. We were told our room may be clean but we couldn't have the code until housekeeping said it was clean. We came upstairs to our condo and sat our things outside the door. All lights were off and no sign of housekeeping. A lady at the front said if we didn't see housekeeping then it was cleaned and ready. We didn't get the code until 3:15 after we had to call and ask for it. So basically even though your room is clean and ready, they aren't letting you in until 3. But be ready for them to start texting and sending several emails for you to checkout starting at 7:30am. Everyone has been super friendly and beyond helpful with everything. I highly recommend, just know you aren't getting in before 3 even though it's ready.

After the unit is cleaned, it will then be inspected, and if any maintenance is needed, maintenance will enter the condo before a guest arrives, so that you can enjoy your vacation without any issues. We apologize if that was not clearly communicated to you. We have a lot of moving parts and want to make sure everything gets taken care of before you arrive for check in. We apologize for the cleaning issues, had our office known, we could of sent someone out right away to correct them. The condo was ready 30 minutes before check in which was great. It was clean and fully stocked with towels and appliances for our stay. The huge balcony was a plus. Very satisfied and will be using them again!

We loved this condo. I brought 12 of my daughter's friends with us to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. The view was amazing. The pools, water slides, lazy river, splash pad, and beach were all nice and clean. The building is in walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and adventure island. I will definitely return.
