We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views! Short walk to the beach Only thing I’d ask for is the master bedroom to have a more comfortable mattress or at least a mattress pad. Also a little bit more comfortable pillows! Other than that… we had an amazing stay!

Location was amazing and view from balcony was beautiful. Condo was comfortable and we felt right at home. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which worked great having 2 teenagers daughters there for a cheerleading competition which left plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to get ready.

Easy check-in straight to door. No hassle dealing with desk. Location was even more spectacular than pictures present. Location was within all establishments and easy to get to. Family had an awesome adventure and saddened to see our time come to an end. The Palms was a great place for our family with everything we needed. Rooms were nice and clean and family room and kitchen were perfect to spend nights playing games and relaxing after being drained by the sun. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Great stay! The condo was spacious and the views were impressive . The patio is big and plenty of seating. It’s the perfect spot! Everything was clean. They had some chairs and umbrella for us to use. We decided to pay for the service on the beach to have chairs and umbrellas for us set up daily! I highly recommend. Wish we would have stayed longer. Never visited the pool because we loved the beach so much!

We had a lovely stay at our beach condo. The accommodations were wonderful; comfy beds, plenty of space, great view. There was a lot of construction happening in the adjacent building so there was a fair amount of noise during the day, and some styrofoam debris kept ending up in the outdoor pool. Couldn't be helped, I'm sure. Took off a star (really only half, but that's not an option here) because the condo didn't have basic items that other rental places we've stayed have had: salt & pepper shakers, or coffee filters for the provided coffee pot (because do I really want to go buy a whole pack of coffee filters for a 4 night stay?) Would definitely still stay again (we'll just bring coffee filters :)

This property was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I think they need to remove the inclusion of a beach umbrella and chairs. The umbrella was broken and unusable and the chairs were rusty and also pretty much unusable. The closet that contained the chairs and beach toys was very messy and due to the rusty chairs and broken umbrella, it was hard to access. We tried to use the umbrella and it collapsed so we threw it away. We put the umbrella stand back in the closet. Also, there was no small soaps in the bathrooms so make sure you bring soap. Other than those small things, everything else was perfect.

This property was great!! Awesome views from every room. Love the wrap around balcony!! Close to everything! The only downfall was only one working elevator so the wait time got longer at times. Also, We had 3 cars & could only get 2 parking passes so we were towed & had to pay $$$ to get it out and then pay additional parking someplace else. Otherwise, would definitely come back !

Unit 401 was perfect! My husband and I and my inlaws, plus 2 teenage girls. Very clean and comfortable; very relaxing. Location in Orange beach close to many restaurants and activities. We did not walk anywhere due to no sidewalks on street. Everything within 5 min drive. The Palms was clean and secure complex. The only downside is there are 2 buildings. Our extended family members rented unit 415. Didn't know til we arrived they were in other building. We will definitely rent in this complex again.

My cousin owns a condo there that we usually stay in, but that didn't work out so we had to rent something else. The condo is beautiful, the location on the beach is wonderful! I actually rented this condo because of the great balcony and it didn't disappoint! The rooms are nice, the kitchen is nicely stocked and the layout of the condo is great! The condo seemed to be clean, the master bathroom could use some attention to detail. In the all white shower there was bright blue soap gel on the niche, VERY dusty light sconces and there was a lot of water and toothpaste splatters on the mirror and wall. I'm not a neat freak, but the property management company says they have a "professional cleaning inspector", someone isn't doing their job. One of the instructions for checking out is to run the dishwasher, there was no dishwasher soap provided. We were there 5 nights, it's no big deal, we can buy our own BUT there are some people that would opt to use one of the products provided, which was dish soap and laundry detergent. When I asked the property manager about the dishwasher soap I received a picture of what was left on the counter. I wasn't impressed and I never heard anything else from them. We would definitely stay here again, but I would have no expectations from the property manager!

As you walk in you are greeted by a large kitchen and two bedrooms to the left (1 king w bathroom and a queen w bathroom in the hall) through the kitchen is the living room and then another king bedroom with attached bath. There is a massive beachfront balcony which wraps around and gives access to the balcony from every bedroom and the living room. The property is nice with indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This unit is amazing. As you walk in you are greeted by a large kitchen and two bedrooms to the left (1 king w bathroom and a queen w bathroom in the hall) through the kitchen is the living room and then another king bedroom with attached bath. The condo was great! Comfortable beds, awesome balcony and wonderful sunrise and sunsets pictures right from the balcony. It would have been good if we had known beforehand that the indoor pool was closed for remodeling! The grandkids were disappointed.

We were a party of 7 in town to celebrate a graduation and an anniversary. This condo did not disappoint us at all! We all slept comfortably and immensely enjoyed the wrap around balcony that provided views of the beach from every room. Each bedroom had access to the balcony. We will definitely book this one again.

This was a beautiful place that had everything we needed. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm and comforting just like we like it. Each room was beautiful with an adjoining balcony that the ocean can be seen from. We loved the place and we will definitely revisit this property again.

Over all our stay was great. Our only complaint was communication on check in. Would have been nice to know that we couldn’t check in till 5:45. The only thing the email said was check in after 3:00 we were there by 3:00 and told our room wasn’t ready. Which was fine I under stand! So we went ran Arron’s. Got back to condo around 4:30 and was told our room was ready cleaner should be finishing up. He didn’t finish till almost right at 6:00 and we had groceries. Over all tho loved the condo and the amenities Thank you! Laken Bean

This condo was wonderful! The property was clean and spacious. Every bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to the balcony as well as a good ocean/beach view! All rooms have a flat screen TV as well. Shopping was just a couple of minutes away too. We would recommend this place to anyone!!

I prefer to rent low rise condos for the ease of getting on to the beach and this one fit the bill. The condo was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the corner patio for sunrises and eating fabulous meals from restaurants who offer pick up. Publix grocery shopping was 5 minutes away and we wanted for nothing because anything we wanted to do was a walk or short drive away. The beach was clean and family friendly. Thanks to the management company for ensuring our stay was perfect. Hope to rent again in the future!

We love being on a low floor so unit 401 was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked, unit is spacious. Only issues were that one elevator was inoperable the entire time and two of our bedroom televisions had no signal.

We loved this condo, very roomy, loved the floorplan & layout as it fit our family needs perfect. Large kitchen and easy to cook in, huge wrap around balcony corner unit....now we are spoiled and will only stay in corner units. We WILL stay in this condo AGAIN, highly recommend!

After some brief difficulty with the check in process we had a wonderful experience here. The room was clean and just as spacious as advertised. We very much enjoyed the large balcony and the view of the gulf. All in all a very good value for our time in Orange Beach!
