As you step into the Primary suite, you are greeted with a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, creating an ideal private haven for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring two cozy Queen beds. Additionally, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room expands the accommodation capacity of this unit to 8 guests, ensuring comfort for your entire group or family.
The living room opens up to a huge private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and an idyllic spot to enjoy the breeze. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or toasting to the sunset, this balcony is set to become your favorite spot.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Excellent Stay & Value
The balcony overlooking the ocean was a dream, we at several meals on the nice large dining table out there and it was amazing! The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and serve ware, which was great. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, literally two minutes from our door. The pools were nice too, both indoor and out. Grills were easy access too, be sure to bring charcoal. We also really enjoyed where this condo is located along Orange Beach, close enough to a lot of attractions but not overly crowded feeling, it was perfect. Perfect Beach Vacation!

Very nice condo! It was extremely clean, very comfortable and was in a good location. The large balcony was also a very nice amenity. The elevators and walkways were always vacuumed, mopped and smelled clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Supplies, cleanliness
The Condo was great with the exception of a few things. Only one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom was not enough, but we worked it put. Fantastic Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this condo! We were able to go straight to the condo with our key check in! The unit is right at the elevators and there never was a wait or crowd...most of the time it was just us on the elevator and it was the week of the 4th of July! The unit was clean and very spacious!! Loved the layout! The balcony is large and the walk from the condo to the sand is short! Also great location as it's very close to Publix grocery store and lots of restaurants and shops. My only draw backs were minor. There was no Keurig (they did have a coffee maker), we couldn't get the DVD players to work (one just wouldn't work and the other was missing a DVD remote), and because of the angle of the complex and being between two larger condos you couldn't see some of the sunrise and sunset. Supplies, cleanliness
The Condo was great with the exception of a few things. Only one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom was not enough, but we worked it put. Great condo and location
We loved our stay here! Located directly on the beach, beautiful view, centrally located in town. The unit is conveniently located central to beach walkway, pool, trash, etc. Unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed it! Only issue was very slow draining tub in the en suite bath, which wasn’t a huge problem but slightly inconvenient at the end of the day when everybody was trying to settle in, but it didn’t hamper our stay.Jacque L. - Posted: 6/20/2021

Windy beach
This was a very nice and spacious condo. I loved that there not a long walk between the condo and the beach! It was very windy most of our stay but we were able to utilize the indoor. Everything was very clean, it was a little difficult to figure out where to go once parked, I believe due to the construction but if you are looking at the building you would be the 2nd to last entrance to the right, that was another great thing. We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.Liquid Life staff

Covid Fall Break 2020.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms #614. We had concerns about Covid spreading but the property team did a great job keeping everything clean and distanced. Our condo was in very good condition. It had pretty much everything we needed while there. I would definitely recommend this unit to our family/Friends. Hated leaving this am to head back North.
