This was my first time staying with the whaler and only bad thing I could complain about is maybe some updates but other than that everything was perfect. For new renters only 2 passes allowed. The parking lot is small so 2 is the max. Also there is no front desk. Everything was easily accessible and easily to find. And the manger was so helpful with all my questions. Also if you wanting to see fireworks for New Year’s Eve/ 4th of July, we were definitely able see them from our balcony or on the beach. Would stay here again!

The place and location was perfect! We had a great time, the only thing I was surprised about was the lack of basics in the kitchen. They provided a tiny thing of soap, one dishwasher pod, no coffee filters, no pam spray., one roll of paper towels. They had all the appliances to cook with but no basics to get started so you have to provide that all on your own. They also only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which I was also surprised about because it was listed as provided. Otherwise, the place was clean and perfect for our stay. We had a great time!

Absolutely loved the view each day. We wish we had a broom due to the sand. The elevator was a hit or miss working. Everyone who was with us ended up getting sick.

The stay was good. The unit is a little outdated. The sliding door to the balcony did not shut properly, the dryer did not dry clothes well. The condo association needs to do something about the big step down going down on the beach, maybe some sort of ramp or something. With older adults and smaller children it was a hard area to get down and up on. All in all the area is great, just a few things.

The condo was a 3/2 with large rooms. Love the king beds in both rooms and bunks and a full in the kids. Unfortunately, the place was extremely dusty, maintenance did have someone come change the filter and make a mess on the floors, the floors were disgusting- you absolutely need a new cleaning company! The shelves were caked with dust, the blinds, louvre doors and floors were filthy. The tub was not very clean either. Then went to wash towels and it didn't work, took 2 days to replace and I told the maintenance guy the dryer didn't work. They brought a new washer but it was our last day there and so without a dryer that didn't work. The furniture was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable, very happy with the beds, linens, and everything else. Pool was nice as well. Will recommend if they get a better cleaning service that uses a proper vacuum to remove sand from floors and a professional title cleaner.

Everything was just as described. The condo was very clean, spacious and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy meals gather at the large table. Beach is right there! Perfect location.

We had a total of 27 family members come and stay at the Whaler in 3 different units. We stayed in 5D and it was very clean. It could stand some upgrades where you could tell there has been some painting over water damage instead of repair but the overall appearance was fine. We love the location and the smaller complex is perfect for a family that have a few people with social anxiety lol! We loved it and will definitely stay there again! Liquid Life was great and made checking in and checking out super easy!

Very close to the beach, beautiful beach, nice pool. D5 could use a lot of LTC. Paint peeling and patched with non matching shades. The loveseat was broken. Folded out into a bed but was bent and caved in when folded up int a couch.We had to call maintenance for a clogged sink. They were quick and helpful. Overall, very worn out but everything usable.

Overall our families had a great vacation. Location is great and views are spectacular. I read reviews before booking vacations so I wanted to let future renters know what to expect. It definitely isn't big enough for 11 people. The couch and chair had pull out mattresses but both had large yellow stains so kids slept on them folded up. Beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Only 8 towels and 2 hand towels for everyone. Balcony door handle wouldn't stay together. Definitely not enough cooking pans for 11 people. Blender is broken. Elevator worked fine all week. Pool temperature was great.

The property was good and what we expected. Not sure how it's supposed to sleep 11. Think it should've been 10 max. Luckily we didn't need that many.

This unit was very nice, it had great views, a large balcony and very comfortable beds. It's just a short walk to the beach, the unit was clean and well stocked. I would suggest bringing additional linens as there aren't a lot of washcloths. The bedroom with the bunks has a loud AC vent that would make sleeping in the top bunk unadvisable. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property is an older property and doesn't have any amenities other than a pool. The pool needs some patch work and should be taken care of since it is the only amenity of the property. The only thing that I was very disappointed in was the check in. We had traveled from the Chicago area and we were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00pm. However, we didn't get into the unit until 5:00pm. It was very hot! We had no water and there weren't any bathrooms by the pool area. When I called Liquid Life to express my concerns about not having the unit ready, the person hung up on me! Very unprofessional!!!! I think we should have had some compensation for the late check in. If I were to have checked out 2 hours late, would I have been charged? Probably! Overall, the unit was very clean and the location of the Whaler is great! I would stay again. Liquid Life needs to teach their employees how to be professional!
