Loved staying at this beachfront 2BR condo! Everything was perfect except for a broken ice maker, but management was kind enough to bring a bag of ice to us so that we had cold drinks. The 15 minute fireworks show on the beach one night was the icing on the cake!

The condo was as we expected per the listing except the walk to the beach was a lot further than expected. It was in a great location and decorated nice with all new kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer worked great. We had some maintenance issues early in week and the management company acknowledged it but didn't tell us someone was coming out. Two of the 3 issues were addressed but it took 3 times/calls to get the piercing sound of running toilet fixed and that was done on our last day. We knew we were only allowed 2 parking passes but needed a third for a few days and were willing to pay for it. It was not peak season and the lists of off-site parking provided were not close or secure.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. The beach is gorgeous, and the view was much more than we expected. Walked to many restaurants and shops and there is a great bike and walking area along the road for safety. The Pool was very clean, check in was seamless and all amenities were available at the condo. Will be using Vrbo again as they team up with the best owners.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and updated. Our only issue was the temperature of the master bedroom. We couldn't get it quite a cool as the rest of the condo. But we really loved the check-in/checkout process. Everything was done via text message so it was super quick and efficient.

The rooms were quiet and everything in working order. We were only steps from the beach and had both indoor and outdoor pool. We loved fishing right off the beach and saw dolphins everyday. The only updates I could recommend would be new mattresses as all the units I've stayed in have had pretty worn down mattresses and pillows. But still overall is my favorite place to stay!!

If you have more than a few people staying you may want to ask for more towels and washcloths as only a few were provided. Also the garbage disposal wasn't working but maintenance came and fixed the problem very quickly once we notified the property manager about it. (The young man who came was awesome and was in and out very fast.) There was no access to the smart tv in the living room.( a Roku stick or the tv connected to the internet so you could use the movie apps would be nice.)There was only seating for 2 people provided on the balcony.(a few extra chairs would have been nice, especially since there was a high breakfast table but there were no chairs tall enough around it to sit and enjoy eating outside.)Overall we had an awesome vacation and a very pleasant stay. It was awesome to be able to check in and out of condo via iPhone. Would definitely stay again.

Property was great except for 2 small issues. There is only seating for 2 on the balcony. Strangely, there is a table to sit at but no chairs for it as it is bar height. Also, the freezer is not user friendly for a beach trip. No room to store ice and it can only hold maybe 2 bags of frozen veggies. No freezer space at all!!

Property is in perfect spot. If you have more then 4 in your party make sure to bring extra washcloths and towels. Only 4 was given. Needs some update on TV (Roku or smart TV needed) and Coffee Pot but other then those small things it was great.

Absolutely beautiful condo at Tidewater! We have stayed at this condominium but not this particular unit. We will be back though! The decor and finishings in this unit are fabulous! Only complaint is the pictures showed 4 chairs around the table on the balcony but when we got there, there wasn't any chairs. I contacted liquid life and they got back with me the next day but had to get owner approval before they could get more chairs. We just used our beach chairs on the balcony instead! We will rent again!!

We enjoyed it so much we will be back next year. It was one of the cleaner condos we have stayed in the bed was very comfortable important when you are there for a month. Loved the high seating area on the deck above the rails. You can watch the dolphins swim by. Very quiet, Just a nice comfortable unit. The building it self seems to be well maintained.

Tidewater #502 is beautifully updated with a spectacular view of the Gulf. The unit is clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Mattress in master is great. Most restaurants closed at 9:00 due to state Covid rules but we had no problem getting seated by then. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved our room and property! The floor was a bit dirty so we did have to wash our feet a lot or our socks would would be black. Other than that this room and location was amazing

Our ages ranged from 22 to 64 and everyone fell in love with this place. It was like it was our own condo, if only for 6 days. I came to the beach to enjoy the water, sand and breezes but it took me 3 days before I finally wanted to leave the room and go outside and have fun. This place is way to comfortable, especially the master bedroom. I could go on for hours but we will def be back in 502 again.

I've traveled all over this great country of ours, and I would've never thought I'd say one of my places to visit would be one so close to home! My family and I loved this condo. It was so quiet and clean. The kids had a blast inside, and we weren't too far from fun activities out and about. Great location, beautiful place, super comfy beds, and those beachfront views were all incredible parts of our great vacation! As a self-proclaimed chef, the cookware in the kitchen was great; everything I needed (for all of my uneccessarily elaborate meals) was there! Nothing within my control would ever make me choose another place to stay anytime we visit Orange Beach. Thanks so much!

I truly enjoyed my vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was beyond my expectations and even more beautiful in person. Liquid life made everything convenient with the app and instructions that were left onsite. My only issue that i encountered was getting locked out the condo the night before departing. I wish we could have avoided that but i called Liquid Life after hours and the problem was immediately resolved. Overall, my stay was nothing less than AMAZING! We will defintely be back! I have been coming to the Orange Beach for nearly 8 years now and this Condo was by far "The Best" I have EVER stayed at. I brought my two nieces on vacation. Absolutely problems at all . I give this condo an A+++++. You want for absolutely nothing. Impeccable taste in decorating and everything worked seamlessly ! The place was very nice with absolutely nothing wrong cosmetically. The view was amazing and it was furnished very nicely. he only problem we had was that the door locked us out before 10:00am and we were forced to drive over to the rental place to get a new code to get our belongings out.
