Each of the three Primary bedrooms features its own bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. The first Primary bedroom offers a King bed, while the second bedroom includes a King bed and a unique triple Twin-sized bunk. The third bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a Twin bed. In addition, the living room provides ample sleeping space with a Queen sofa bed and two Twin sleeper chairs.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
