Loved our stay on Orange Beach! The 12th floor large balcony&ocean view is just amazing. The condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lots of kitchen supplies. Do bring your own seasonings, round coffee filters and paper towels. The ice maker works well too. Showers have good pressure. If I had to point out any upgrades needed, it would be a new couch or a good cleaning. It is totally passable & not super bad though. We threw a blanket over it and it was very comfy to lay on. We will definitely be staying in this same unit in the future! Love the decor! And great price. We stayed 3/9-3/14/25 and couldn’t see the sunsets as they were too far to the right of us. (Maybe just time of year) we will def stay in this unit again in the future!

Condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Large balcony with plenty of seating for our group of 5 and friends that visited during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful view of the beach. As far as you can see both directions...gorgeous! Balcony had plenty of seating for everyone. Clean and spacious rooms. We got there it was right on time at 4pm and I got my text the room was ready. Great communication with host. We got there everything is exactly like the pictures. It was clean except the floors and counters had sand and oven still had the cleaning solution on it, but I message host and immediately next morning cleaning crew took care of it. Another issue was the outlets a lot of the outlets of the home don't work. Told the host and they're going to check them but that's an issue they couldn't take care with us there. But the location and place was gorgeous. Lots to do, tons of shopping options and restaurants. We went to see the dolphins with Big Fun Dolphin Cruise & Sealife and it was incredible we had an amazing time. The beach is gorgeous but has a lot of jellyfish so we couldn't stay long in the water, thank God we had the pool and hot tub option at the Condo. Bring beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, Detergent, dish and hand soap and all u need to take a shower.

We took 10 people with us, ranging from ages 9-76. The pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on so we ended up buying an air mattress to accommodate everyone. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was spacious & perfect for sitting. The elevators were fast and an easy walk to the beach. We had a great time, slept well & made lots of memories.

The condo was nice, bedding clean, and complex was nice. However there are a few things the owner needs to take care of to make this a nicer place. 1. There is BLACK MOLD in numerous places on the ceiling and around some of the air vents. This is unacceptable and should be taken care of before renting again. 2. The kitchen faucet leaks unless you move it around to just the exact right spot to get it to stop. I wouldn't do this to get by in my own home, let alone expect this in a paid rental. 3. Vent in the spare bathroom does not work and the floor gets extremely slick when you take a shower. The remainder of my list are things that would make the condo nicer, but not necessities. 4. Should have a rug inside the main door to leave beach shoes to help stop sand being tracked into the unit.5. Several cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms do not close properly. Easy fix and would make the unit nicer. 6. Toilet paper holders in the bathrooms hang on the tank and thereby make it very difficult (and impossible for young kids) to twist around to get paper while sitting on the toilet. They need to be installed on the side of the counters, opposite wall, or even free standing dispensers next to the toilets. 7. Most of the doors in the unit squeak when you open/close them. Rather annoying when you have a sleeping/napping child. A little WD40 and this would be fixed. For the complex (not unit), they need to suggest a fan be put in the elevators. Extremely hot inside.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful! The unit was spacious...loved the balcony outside! The only thing that bothered me..which is minor but you would think it would be there for how much you pay...is that there was no handsoap! And in comparison to other condos we stayed, it would of been nice if they also included a set of beach chairs for the day. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would visit again!
