Cute space and upgrades, excellent views, appliances worked well, easy communication! Only weird things were the light switches didn’t work well and were confusing to use, the outlets didn’t work that well, and the king bed wasn’t as comfortable as the other beds.

First off, the balcony at this place is just perfect. 14th floor, corner unit. Its just perfect. The condo is very modern and looks great woth comfortable furniture, both inside and out. The property is very well maintained. Pool and hot tub area were very cleaned and spacious. The condo needs a detailed dusting. The vents and light fixtures were very dusty. But ither than that, very clean. Prepare to bring extra everything. Paper towels, TP, garbage bags, soap, dish washer tabs, etc. Nit really privided with much here. Thankfully, there is a dollar store across the road thats easy to walk to.All in all, our family had a beautiful week. This condo was amazing and we would totally return. The balcony made it! We were two married couples, with a 5 and 7 year old. We had a great time and made great memories. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough room. The property was clean and easily located. The communication for check in and check out were clear and we didn’t need to contact them while we were there. The views were beautiful and we loved the wrap around balcony. Our week was a bit chilly for the outdoor pool so the kids took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Beach access was great for morning walks and mid day beach and sand play. Souvenirs, restaurants, candy and ice cream all in walking distance. Great location to keep busy for a week!

Beautiful condo in Orange Beach was perfect for a week with friends! The beach was just a short walk with a pleasant pool in between! We enjoyed time in both gulf and pool. The condo was a perfect set up for two couples. There was plenty of space for each of us to have privacy. We loved the wrap-around deck with beautiful views in two directions. Orange Beach has lots of good places to eat and is close to Gulf Shores with all its night spots!

Everything was great! Very clean and great location. The only negatives were that one bunk bed was missing the ladder to get to the top, and they were a little squeaky. Also, the tubs did not drain properly. It didn’t bother us enough to reach out to management and we still had a great time! Plenty of room for me and 7 friends. Overall, I would definitely book again!

The condo overall was very nice. We had a couple of fans that did not work and the garbage disposal did not work. Maintenance was scheduled but did not come out while we were there. The location was excellent and area was quiet. Very close to lots of shops and grocery stores.

This place was everything we hoped. That view is unbeatable and with just an elevator ride down you can walk the beach and go for a swim.
The condo was exactly as described and we loved it. Worked well with our young children and it was wonderful to have pack n play, high chair, and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available for use.

We loved this unit. We spent most of the time looking at the view. We wish we would have brought binoculars to see the dolphins better. Yes, dolphins can be seen swimming from here! The wrap around balcony was awesome to see the city view & ocean! Easy beach access. Make sure you ready the sign behind the front door, we missed it for the 1st few days. This is close to stores and restaurants, so it was the perfect location. Beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the balcony and overall space of the condo. Only complaint is not enough towels and wash cloths supplied. Condo can accommodate up to 10 guests, we only had 4 and were only supplied 4 wash cloths and towels for 4 nights. Overall a great stay but I suggest bringing more towels and wash cloths or laundry detergent to wash or Liquid Life should supply more. I would stay here again!

This was a terrific place to stay. The condo was very clean and roomy for the six of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and serving dishes. The small appliances were also top of the line. We will definitely try to rent this condo again.

This was a terrific place to stay. The condo was very clean and roomy for the six of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and serving dishes. The small appliances were also top of the line. We will definitely try to rent this condo again.

Gorgeous property!! Balcony and outside sitting the best!!Beautiful views!Easy to enter and exit condo property.Bedroom with twin beds are not comfortable for adults….only kids!Middle full bed very hard.Master bed was fine!Pool and grounds well maintained!Great location, will return for future stay!

Gorgeous property!! Balcony and outside sitting the best!! Beautiful views! Easy to enter and exit condo property. Bedroom with twin beds are not comfortable for adults….only kids! Middle full bed very hard. Master bed was fine! Pool and grounds well maintained! Great location, will return for future stay!

This property was awesome! I was worried about what might be available as far as kitchen utensils and such but everything you could possibly need was there and more. All the appliances and washer and dryer worked perfectly. The towels were fresh and fluffy as was the bedding. The unit was extremely clean and I'm quite picky about the details! The carpet didn't feel worn. It was lovely. I plan on booking another stay in this very unit in the future.

We did enjoy out stay at white caps! The beds were incredibly uncomfortable...the second bed was not a queen as advertised. The carpet had plenty of stains, the fans doesn't work in the living room, large crack in the ceiling of second bedroom. Overall the condo was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

We had to change our location due to construction being done on the condo we originally booked, and Kathy with liquid life found this White Caps condo for our family and it was amazing. The views were breath taking, although being 14 floors from the ground the sound of the waves hitting the beach was very pleasing to sit on the wrap around balcony and enjoy. Restaurants and shopping was right there within walking distance. The condo itself was big enough to fit our family of 7, very clean and decorated very well. When we plan out next family beach vacation this will definitely be a place we would stay again. And the friendliness of the staff at liquid life was over the top. Not only did Kathy help us with finding the perfect condo she also suggested things to do ( dolphins cruise is a must if you ever stay here) she also suggest Restaurants to eat at. Which was very helpful since this was our first time here. Over ally family would rate this family vacation a 10/10.

The property is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We were on the 14th floor and only one elevator was working, this elevator was under repair. The stairwells were dirty. When I contacted the manager of the property regarding the non-working balcony enclosures I never received a reply although they did respond to my parking permit question. The beach is beautiful and clean, but prepared to pay for chair rental if you do not have beach chairs. ($35 per day for 2 chairs with umbrella.)

This property is exactly as pictured! It was everything we wanted and needed. Only “hang up” was the king size bed in the master bedroom. I’m fairly certain the box spring is broken because the bed squeaked non stop. You couldn’t roll to your side without it making a loud noise. The mattress also was very heavily dented and broken in on one side. I was able to get past it because I’m already a poor sleeper but replacing that bed would be the ONLY thing I’d change. It was seriously the most perfect place and we would rent again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 6 loved our time at this property. The beach was fantastic and the property had all the items we needed to cook and stay. The patio was incredible. This place is on the 14th floor but the elevators were not very busy and it was easily accessible. There is a Dollar General right across the street that we used for groceries, etc Lots of good restaurants close by.

LOVED the wrap around ocean front patio with plenty of furniture for eating, games, relaxing. Centrally located in Orange Beach which made easy for grabbing groceries or a bite out. Clean outside pool - never used indoor one. Well stocked kitchen, extra blankets & pillows. Only 2 “repairs” needed - hall bath tub was draining slowly and several lamps were without light bulbs, so those simple things need attention. Rental company, Liquid Life, was incredible with communication leading up to trip and while there. We even ended up taking advantage of their “Stay an additional night with 30% off nightly fee” which was amazing and allowed us to avoid Labor Day exit traffic! Would definitely rent again!

Out of all of the VRBO locations we have ever stayed this was my favorite. The complex was smaller. The location was perfect, with everything we could’ve needed within walking distance. The condo itself was immaculate! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. I can’t speak highly enough of it.
