We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The condo was tastefully decorated and so clean! It has a large private balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf front. the board walk is short and the beach is beautiful! It was a fun weekend with family!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were top notch. Setting up in the beach was super easy- there's a boardwalk down to it, plus showers to rinse yourself before going back up. Our favorite spot was the balcony- beautiful views! Very serene location despite being close to many activities. There are several grocery stores in close proximity as well so it's very easy to grab anything you forget to bring! We would definitely book again.

Did not like inflexibility of check in. Too strict for check in time. Very hard to plan exactly when traveling. Was not aware there would be charge for parking prior to booking. Condo and location was great! We enjoyed ourselves! It was very well stocked and had everything we needed.

Took our son and seven of his friends. Accommodations were great with plenty of room. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils we needed. Wal mart marketplace close by. Things to do within walking distance. Had a great time.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We went for our daughter's 3rd birthday and it was the first time taking our kids to the beach. She had so much fun and has asked daily when we are going back. The owners have thought of everything with this condo! They have everything you could need in the kitchen, even a sonic ice maker! The beds are so comfortable and big. The master has a nice big shower and the 2nd bathroom has a deep bathtub which was great for the kids. Theres a sectional in the living room so the whole family can sit on the couch together. They even have a glider rocking chair in the living room perfect for rocking babies to sleep. There are 2 highchairs which was so nice because we didn't have to travel with a highchair for our one year old. The balcony is BIG and on the 7th floor is just the right hight for looking out at the ocean. To top it all off it was very clean. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

The property owners have really outdone themselves with this unit. We had over 30 family members staying in this building in 4 different units. All of the other families were jealous of our unit. The owners really put in a lot of thought into what you might need when staying. Very well stocked and very clean and updated. The other 3 units were outdated and didn't have near the stuff in them. The countertop ice make was such a hit. It actually kept up with our needs as well. I have this unit saved for our next visit. Thank you for the memories that we were able to create in Orange Beach in July 2023.

just absolutely amazing!!!!! Everything was perfect... I was a little nervous about having construction and almost changed our minds but other than a few grumpy teens in the morning it was just fine we was away most of the day... 5 star condo! Our stay in Unit #705 was amazing! No muss no fuss checking in was a breeze. It was very clean, had nice decor(kind of a retro vibe) a mini fridge in the living room and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of including a mini ice machine. The dinning room has a wood round table that is gorgeous! It has 8 chairs perfect for everyone to eat a meal together or play cards and board games. A couple of cool looking bar stools if you just want to sit and visit while the cooking is going on in the kitchen. The bedrooms are very roomie, they all have a chair in each room and the decor ties in from the rest of the condo. My my husband absolutely loved the shower in the master bedroom! We enjoyed waking up and going to sleep over looking the beach and water - what a beautiful view from the balcony. The kids (teenagers and young adults) enjoyed their stay at the condo as well playing cards board games, bingo, relaxing, watching movies, playing volleyball, spike ball and just enjoying the beach. Also, if you want to got out to dinner, play a little putt putt golf, ride go karts, shopping etc. everything is just minutes away. We loved our stay very much and all the little details made it feel like home and very welcoming. It was a good time that was had by all! Highly recommend! Thank you!

This condo has been recently updated. Furniture is comfortable. Bed is nice. It is being very well taken care of. The building is older but it is maintained well. My only complaint was you had to go to a separate building to get to the workout, pool and hot tub.

The condo just updated and is awesome. Light and airy. Very roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Plenty of seating at the dining table and living room. The beds are very comfortable and the walk-in shower is great. Great views from the balcony and a quick walk to the beach. The owner was quick to respond and even checked in a time or two to see how things were going (we were there for the month). Hoping for a return visit! 5 stars!

Fabulous view from 7th floor to watch the dolphins play in the mornings. The beach was pristine and family oriented with kids/teens/ young adults/parents/grandparents enjoying their time in the sun. The loungers/umbrellas were colorful and a welcome respite from the sun when it became overpowering. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening meals - home away from home! Perfect spot for our family.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was spacious enough for the 10 of us (4 adults and 6 children). The condo was exactly as described and we loved the large deck. The owners were readily available when needed (unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the cleaners and when we arrived the condo was not cleaned. However cleaners were there within 20 minutes). We would absolutely return!

We had a great time at this property with our teens and college-aged kids. The room setups were perfect. We never had to wait long for an elevator, the fabulous views, great location, and ease of renting chairs on the beach makes this place a winner. We enjoyed our stay.. but now we are being charge extra for a broken dishwasher that we never used, smoking cigarettes- which we do not smoke. (they found a pack of matches and make the assumption that we had smoked.) & food being left when we left 4 popsicles in the freezer for possible next renters. We loved this place.. but the accusations and ridiculous charges have changed my mind.

Thanks for the five stars, but we need to clarify a few of your comments. First and foremost we treat all of our guests with the utmost respect and expect the same in return. You stated that you were charged for a broken dishwasher that you never used. We told you we would pay for the plumber service call and NOT charge that to you. Also you stated, "smoking cigarettes." We never accused you of smoking but found burned match stems inside and on the balcony which leads one to believe they were used by someone, for what, who knows. Even though this violates our condo and building policy, you were NOT CHARGED. You stated that you left 4 popsicles in the freezer, which is fine. That is not the food that was mentioned by housekeeping. They were referring to the food left in the floor, on plates, and under beds. We did not make accusations, you were made aware of the condition the condo was left in and why housekeeping took an extra two hours to clean following your departure. There were no rediculous charges. In your text to me, you agreed that the extra $200 that you were charged was fair since housekeeping did spend an EXTRA 2 hours. I could go on and name the list of items reported but we have pictures to verify statements from housekeeping. We are glad that you had a great time.

This is a great place for anyone to take their family. We took our adult family of eight and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the patio furniture made it a great place for us to eat meals or just enjoy the time together. If we had any questions about the condo, the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Our stay included some terrible weather, but we felt safe at all times. We even got to enjoy dining in and playing some of the board games supplied by the host. I would highly recommend this condo! Great couple to work with!

Our first time at Orange Beach and it was a great time! A big positive was with the condo we picked- Larry and Donna were a delight to work with. The pictures and description of the condo is very accurate and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. They truly want to make the your experience at Orange Beach a memorable one! Condo is very nice and clean and the balcony was awesome and where we spent every morning and night . Literally the beach right outside your window- i would highly recommend this place and know this will be the only condo we pick when returning!!

The photos really don’t do this condo justice. It was much roomier than expected. We had easy access to the beach and incredible views from the balcony. Donna and Larry were fantastic hosts who even called to check in. They were also readily available if needed. The beaches were gorgeous and never over crowded. This property is perfect for a family vacation. Three bedrooms and two full baths provide plenty of space. The ocean view from the living room and master are really scenic. We loved our week spent here!

The property was exactly as described, extremely well maintained, and clean. The owners were very prompt in keeping us informed of everything that we needed leading up to check in. There were 7 of us staying in this condo 8/2/19 - 8/10/19 and we had plenty of room.. This is a very nice condo. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well equipped and clean. We liked the decor inside and on the large balcony. 7th floor is just high enough to have a great view of ocean and pool. The Windward Pointe is in a great location to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. Thanks for the great memories!

This condo is in a perfect location with an amazing view. The owners are above and beyond accommodating for any need or want. The best stocked kitchen of a condo we have ever stayed at. The layout was perfect for our families. We loved reading through the guest book to get ideas of stuff to do and places to eat according to past guests. Very close do grocery stores amazing restaurants and fun shopping for the kids. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely condo located right on Orange Beach just a couple steps from the beach. It had everything we needed including a fully stocked, clean kitchen, and sheets and towels were provided. Beds were very comfortable. My only minor complaint is that it could’ve been cleaned a little better, notwithstanding all of the sand that comes with being on the beach. Check in process was great, keypad entry was helpful, and having a washer and dryer was the best! Thanks again, we will be back!

It was our first trip to Orange beach and we hope to have a chance to return. The condo is awesome - well apportioned, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. The balcony is huge with lounge chairs and a dining table. It was perfect for enjoying meals outside with a great view of the Gulf. Donna and Larry are great owners who are easy to work with and are very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Spent a month at this wonderful location in Orange Beach. We were walking distance from stores and restaurants. The condo had everything that we needed and wanted, exceptionally well equipped. The owners are very welcoming and helpful to any needs. The location is second to none, the views are spectacular and the amenities were perfect for our needs.

My family and I had a great experience here. Such a beautiful place and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Spectacular view from the deck. I could have sat there for ever. We had a fabulous time at this condo in Orange Beach! It was very clean and neatly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We used the grills by the pool a couple of times. There were ten of us, including nine adults and we were very comfortable. The view is incredible! There are lots of things to do in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The balcony is extra large and big enough for everyone to hang out, take naps, and eat. The owners are so sweet and caring. They were quick to make sure that everything was clean and ready for us and encouraged us to call anytime for any reason. How wonderful it was dealing with them, owners who really care about your stay, after dealing with a large vacation rental company for many years in Orange Beach. We've already made reservations for next year. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Donna and Larry were wonderful to work with and reached out to us just before and immediately after our stay. The Windward Pointe property is clean, safe, and we encountered no problems while there. Outdoor and indoor pool areas were both great. The unit itself was perfect for our families with small children. Great view of the beach with no obstructions and a very short walk to get there. The garbage chute is very conveniently located near the unit. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, there were plenty of extra towels for both bathrooms, and there were notes left on paper plates and a few other items for us to "help ourselves." Thank you, Donna and Larry, for opening your second home to us and for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

We were there July 7-14 2018. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Donna and Larry. The place was perfect. Very well maintained and SO convenient to everything. The beach is literally steps away. The beach was not crowded and everyone was pleasant. This is in an exceptionally nice area. You won’t go wrong booking here.

We just spent a week at this fabulous condo. The location couldn't be beat. Shopping was very convenient to this condo. We spent mornings on the balcony watching dolphins and ate every meal out there as well. If we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony. The few evenings it rained we were still able to be out on the balcony. The view was spectacular. We loved that we could walk right out onto the beach and our 5 year old daughter also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The condo was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed grilling out by the pool and meeting new people. Any questions we had were promptly answered. There were 7 of us who stayed there and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved our stay in condo 705. It was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Especially like that it has 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms to accommodate our family. The deck is especially large with an amazing view!

This is a great place to stay right on the main road and beach access right next to the 2 outside pools simple go down to the ground floor and minutes away from the beach! The actually condo itself was awesome as well with a ocean view right from the balcony! Setup with about anything you would need while on vacation!

My husband and I stayed at Donna and Larry's condo for the months of Jan. and Feb. of 2018. Was a wonderful location near grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Excellent views of sunsets. Since it was not an end unit, we had no problem with wind and were able to enjoy the balcony every day. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could want. Very comfortable bed. A few minor problems but they were taken care of immediately. We got to experience temps records of both cold and hot while there. This was the perfect condo for our family's vacation to Orange Beach. The organization of the kitchen is exceptional and the entire unit is beautifully decorated. The use of a keypad instead of keys was so convenient! A splash pad for little ones and Adventure Island for all ages are conveniently located across the street. The balcony is so spacious for all the family, even with kiddie toys, and the ideal spot for morning coffee.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was right on the beach and beautifully decorated. I don't believe there is one kitchen gadget they didn't provide. It was stocked with just about anything you could want or need. One nice perk was the fact that there was a key code on the door as opposed to a traditional key, which made trips to the beach with 3 kids that much easier. I loved being able to see the ocean from the master bedroom, and the spacious patio with lounge chairs that quickly became my morning coffee spot. We all had an absolutely amazing experience here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Just returned from a 13 day vacation at Windward Pointe 705. The condo is great and looks exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated, spacious, and very well-stocked. We had seven adults and a grandbaby. Wonderful, large balcony with fantastic view and great sound of ocean waves. It only rained a short time during our stay, but the balcony is just about as nice as being on the beach. The beach is beautiful with soft, white sand. It's a great walking beach. The condo's location is great with shopping just down the street including a Walmart. Donna called us on arrival to check and see if everything was fine. Also called after we left to be sure everything was perfect. Good instructions and easy arrival. Keyless entry a very nice option. Overall a great condo. We'll definitely be back.

We decided to go to Orange Beach at the last minute for Thanksgiving. The owners were very amenable to our short term planning, and we had no issues getting into the unit. The keypad on the door makes it easy to get in without having to check in somewhere first. The condo looks just like the pictures here, even down to the bedding. It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes (I made thanksgiving ham here!), and the kitchen even has labels on the cupboards to make everything easier to find. There are lots of extras in the unit like spare flip flops in the master closet and paperbacks you can borrow for beach reading. My kids said the internet was pretty fast and reliable. The deck is huge with the ocean just right there. The owners were easy to talk to and even checked with us to make sure we made our drive ok. Definitely recommended by our family!

This condo is wonderful. It is spacious and has a great view. Our family had 12 people and we fit comfortable. 6 adults and 6 kids. One morning we sat on the patio and watched 4 dolphins. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. I highly recommend this condo. We definitely will be back to this condo.

We just got back from a week vacation in Orange Beach! It was amazing! The condo was even better than the pictures and there was plenty of room for our family. We had us, my parents, and 3 teenage kids. The condo was clean and have everything we needed. The view was incredible and we loved the huge balcony. We spent almost all our time we were back in the condo on the balcony and we saw a lot of dolphins from there! Our favorite restaurants were: Mikee's and Bahama Bobs. The Hangout was a fun place to visit. We ended up purchasing floaties and chairs from Walmart and dollar general which were very reasonably priced not only for food but all the beach things we needed. Everyone from the stores to the restaurants and everyone who was at the property were all very friendly! We will absolutely be making this one of our top vacation spots and will rent this condo again and recommend to others!

Everything your family will need in a beautiful, comfortable setting.
