Rome is the Director of Maintenance in the Maintenance Department at Liquid Life. Originally from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, Rome brings 16 years of hospitality experience and extensive leadership expertise to his role. He joined Liquid Life in 2024 after spending a decade as Maintenance Director at Brett/Robinson, where he oversaw large-scale property maintenance operations in Orange Beach. Earlier in his career, Rome worked as a Trainer and Supervisor at LuLu’s in Gulf Shores, further strengthening his foundation in hospitality and team leadership. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence play a vital role in maintaining Liquid Life’s high standards of property care.
