Local Favorites Spotlight: Sweet and Nutritious Treats At Soul Bowlz!

Hey guys, Camryn here! We all know that a beach vacation always brings sweet and tropical vibes—and we also know that the sweet and tropical vibes are best savored with a fruity smoothie or bowl! While you can find Planet Smoothies and Smoothie Kings anywhere around here, this local favorite brings amazing drinks and bowls to you with a west coast, small-town charm: Soul Bowlz!!

Soul Bowlz has 3 locations: Fairhope, Foley, and in Gulf Shores! They offer a variety of flavor combinations on their menu, but you can also opt to build your own bowl/smoothie to perfectly match your tastes. Their bases range from acai, graviola, pitaya, and acerola, plus whatever else you want to add as toppings. You can also choose between two sizes for both bowls and smoothies!

Shelby: The Ocean Bowl - Blue Majik tropical blend, hemp granola, banana, blueberries, pineapple, honey, and white chocolate chips (except she likes to sub blueberries for raspberries!)

Dom: The Karma Bowl - acai blend, peanut butter, hemp granola, strawberry, banana and honey

Kelly: The Dream Bowl - pitaya blend, hemp granola, strawberry, kiwi, banana and honey

Camryn (me!): The Burst Smoothie - acerola, strawberry, blueberry, banana and apple juice.
