The beaches along the Alabama Gulf Coast are a favorite summer destination for many vacationers (there’s a reason why we call summer the “busy season” !!). It may be getting colder, but we are still at the beach!!! Beach picnics are such a cozy activity for the fall season, especially when paired with a warm, golden sunset. 2. Go on a walk through our state park
Gulf Coast State Park is a must-visit area during any time of the year, but there is definitely a warm and refreshing vibe to the park once fall rolls around. The slight chill in the breeze rustles through the trees, and you can even see some leaves turning warm! This is a wonderful activity to get in some exercise and to appreciate the other beautiful nature areas aside from the beach.
3. Have a photoshoot on the beach
This time of the year is absolutely AMAZING for beach photos—cinematic winds, less humidity and sweat, cool sand… it is a recipe for perfection.
