Shipwatch is a great option for guests who want to bring their boat along for their beach getaway. Guests must register at least two weeks before arrival, provide the required documentation, and pay the decal fee. If you are arriving by boat, the boat decal fee is just $100.
Because registration must be completed in advance, we recommend taking care of the process as early as possible before your vacation.
Wind Drift
At Wind Drift, guests have access to a boat dock, launch, and slips, making it a convenient choice for those looking to spend plenty of time on the water. Guests bringing a boat must complete the required form and submit payment at least seven days before arrival.
With everything you need to get your boat in the water and enjoy the surrounding waterways, Wind Drift is an excellent choice for a relaxing coastal escape.
Caribe Resort
Caribe Resort is a popular waterfront resort featuring a marina and the option to rent boat slips. Guests who plan to bring a boat must contact the complex directly to complete the required registration and payment.
Caribe is especially appealing for guests who want resort-style amenities combined with convenient access to the bay and waterways. It’s a great place to relax after a day spent boating, fishing, or exploring the coast.
Cotton Bayou
Cotton Bayou offers guests access to a boat launch and boat slips, providing another convenient option for bringing your boat on vacation. Guests must email the property manager with their check-in and check-out dates, unit number, driver’s license, boat registration, and boat insurance information.
There is a $250 boat pass fee. If you need the property manager’s email address, our Guest Relations Team can provide the appropriate contact information and help point you in the right direction.
Lighthouse on the Bay
Lighthouse on the Bay is an ideal choice for guests looking for a quieter waterfront experience with convenient boating access. Boat slips are available to rent for $50 per night, and guests must contact the HOA directly to arrange their slip rental.

Pescador Landing
For guests looking for simplicity, Pescador Landing offers a fantastic perk: the boat slip comes with the property at no additional charge. That means you can enjoy convenient access to your boat without having to arrange and pay for a separate slip rental.
It’s an excellent option for boat owners who want to spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying their vacation on the water.
