Location was good. Overall cleanliness fine. I was disappointed with the lack of provisions. The oven didn't work - just gave an error message. The pans provided were terrible. Almost no cleaning supplies provided. The TV had dish network cable and a DVD player. No access to streaming services. Felt like renting a place 20 years ago. No extra blankets provided. The building was ok. The one vending machine for drinks ate $2. On the morning we were supposed to check out by 10am is when a worker chose to clean the elevator outside our apartment for an hour around 8:30am, rendering it inoperable. Very bad, thoughtless timing. No hot tub in the complex. Owner needs to make the provisions nicer in order to charge this much money for it.

Perfect place for a getaway

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Everything needed was there, all we needed was food to take. The furniture and decor made our stay feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and the view was wow!! We loved everything about it and will definitely be booking again for this condo each year!! We have found our little piece of heaven??Thank you for making this trip memorable! I just can’t say enough about it! It’s a get location for everything!

Family beach trip

We had a great time on the trip and the unit was perfect for our group. The property, unit, and amenities were generally very good and the convenience to the pool/beach was excellent. There were a couple of items that needed some work. The screws on the shower curtain bar holders were loose. The one in the guest bath came down easily...nearly hitting one of us in the head It needs to be better secured. There was a ton of sand in the unit when we came in (before the beach). There was still bacon grease on the stove from the previous renter. Not a ton, but noticeable. Again, generally great experience but wanted to mention these items so you all can fix up for future renters.
