Mother's Day at the Beach!

  It is tradition for my family to spend Mother’s Day at the beach in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, AL. For as long as I can remember we have made the trip to the beach for this special occasion. We make the whole weekend about Mom and do all of her favorite things. Whatever Mom wants, she gets it! And she deserves it right? She has loved us unconditionally since the moment we we born and let’s face it, she has put up with a lot! 

      A typical Mother's Day weekend for my family includes one day at the beach with dinner afterwards, a day at the pool/lazy river with dinner at the condo and then we wrap up the weekend with brunch at Fisher’s and shopping! The goal is to get Mom to relax! Of course we still get her flowers and a card but it’s just a little bit sweeter to be able to give those to her while she is sitting on her private balcony on Mother’s Day morning, drinking her coffee and watching the dolphins play! No matter how old you are it’s never too late to start a tradition with Mom! It’s time to get her back to the beach and this is the perfect weekend for it!
