This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.

This Orange Beach condo rental features a Gulf-front patio with access to a grassy area as well as a private enclosed patio off the master suite.

The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed and flat-screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. The unit features tile floors throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit accommodates up to 10 people.

This unit has an assigned covered parking space in the garage area.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix V amenities include an outdoor pool, pirate-themed splash pad with slide, large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, racquetball court, tennis courts, boardwalk, grilling area with gazebo, sauna, fitness room, and wireless internet access.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

Great place to stay

The condo was great. Just as described on the website. Location was great. Very quiet. The floors could use a good cleaning, the bottom of your feet get very dirty if you walk around the condo barefoot.

Overall Comment

Condo was overall pretty clean but was very much out of date, we did have two roaches in the condo. The back master bed room was very noise at night. Like you can here water rushing down and I’m assuming trash coming down the trash shoot. Though we absolutely loved the convinces of the ground condo especially with having two little kids. Also the toilet in the master bath is very hard to flush. Little things like new doors, new shower rods could really update the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and that’s what matters!!

Overall Comment

From arrival to parking in the underground parking deck that is literally just outside of this unit everything was perfect. This unit is very spacious, the AC works well, it is very convenient with two young toddlers. The only thing concerning was the back patio area was dirty, had not been cleaned in a while. The grass area off the back patio had lots of cigarette butts and there was a stale smell of cigarettes in the patio area, there were lots of fire ant beds as well that need to be exterminated. The baby was stung numerous times by the fire ants. Other than those things we really enjoyed our stay. We have already booked for spring break next year.
