Had an issue with the door code changing during the trip. Called host - was fixed within a few minutes while on the phone - customer service was great. Property was clean and everything you could have asked for in a beach vacation. Pool was closed and there was construction- hosts notified us well in advance and gave us the opportunity to cancel the booking for a refund (glad we didn’t).Would book again without question.

No balcony views

We were given an alternate condo than what we had originally booked because they were working on the building. The new condo did not have a wraparound balcony and did not have the same amount of beds as which we originally rented so we had to share beds. We could not use the balcony as expected due to balcony on side of building with no views. The code to get in did not work so had to call support. But they were quick to help. The window view was great. The place was clean. Minus the bed and balcony situation,it was great vacation.
