Welcome to Island Tower 2202, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium located in Gulf Shores, AL, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. From the 22nd-floor balcony, you'll enjoy an amazing view of the Gulf's crystal-clear waters and stunning coastline, making this the perfect place to unwind.

This beautiful unit features two primary suites, each with a king bed and private balcony access, offering the ideal space for relaxation. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Both primary suites come with private baths— the primary bath offers a separate shower and jetted tub, while the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combination as well. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to eight people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a waffle iron and crockpot, making dining in a breeze.

For those who wish to keep up with their fitness regime, the Gulf-front fitness center provides state-of-the-art equipment along with inspiring ocean views. Outside, the large beach-side outdoor pool invites you to lounge and soak up the sun. For families, the playground is a delightful addition, ensuring fun for the little ones. The BBQ area is perfect for hosting enjoyable outdoor meals. Convenience is key at Island Towers, with covered parking, two high-speed elevators, and direct access to 150 feet of pristine white sandy beaches. Island Towers stands out for its ideal positioning, offering easy access to local attractions, ensuring your stay is not only relaxing but also conveniently located for exploring Gulf Shores.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

This place was right on the beach and we loved watching the dolphins off of our porch. It’s a ways from any stores so make sure you grab what you need when your in town. Also not a lot of blankets so bring extra if you come in cooler weather! Overall an awesome stay!

Great location right on the beach, some little things like bathroom vanity mirror lights missing, blinds that could be replaced, but it was clean and cozy and pet friendly with no hassle at check in or check out. Property manager was very responsive. Would consider staying here again.
