We we arrived we had dirty dishes in the dishwasher.The floors need to be cleaned better. Shower curtain needs replaced.The condo was nice and roomy. The beds was great!Beautiful beach view!

Condo was wonderful! Super nice and exactly as pictured.Only issue was with parking passes. The listing says parking is paid on premises and does not mention including a parking pass with the condo. We didn’t find this pass until day before departure, after already purchasing 2 passes upon arrival. Passes are cash only, which is not listed anywhere on the listing either, so we had to leave and go to an ATM. They are also none refundable if they are filled out, but the property fills them out before giving them to you.

This property was perfectly situated for both beach and town experiences. Although it's not directly on the sand, it felt like it with the panoramic view from the 12th floor. Direct beach access was almost directly across the street so we were able to access quickly. The condo itself was immaculate and had all the things you normally use at home, including a Keurig to go with the coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again!

The Condo has a great view of the beach/ocean. If you want to see the sunset or sunrise over the bay, you just walk out the front door. Just a short drive to all restaurants and shops. The only one thing I would say about the condo is it needed a few updates; broken leg on coffee table, broken shelving in spare room and curtains needed to be cleaned. All very minor easy fixes. Otherwise beautiful condo and renters were great with communication. If you need beach chairs and umbrella you will need to bring or buy as there are none provided. You can also rent from beach attendants and renter provides a number for this service. Our family had a great vacation and would stay here again!

Great location and wonderful views of the beach. The public beach access is a 60 second walk and it was so easy. The home itself was cozy! Our only hiccup was a broken couch but the owners were very responsive and have someone out the next day to get it fixed. Honestly refreshing with how we felt like we were in good hands while we were there

First of all, the condo matched the photos in the listing exactly. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Secondly, the management was very helpful and attentive. We thought that the location might be an issue because we were not directly on the beach. However, access to the beach was easy and convenient at the 13th St. beach access area. We packed our own beach towels and rented umbrellas and chairs from a local company called Pair A Dice Rentals. The condo and its building are a little dated, but overall a great value for the price. Note that this unit has both a Keurig machine and a drip coffee machine (need coffee filters). Overall, I would stay here again.

The condo is EXACTLY as listed!! My family of 4 had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and the VIEW- WOW!! The condo is located away from all the busyness of the shops but so close to the beach to make it perfect! Check-in was very easy, I had read reviews about parking- really was no problem! The owners were wonderful about communication!! The only thing (and this is very minor) was that the bedrooms are located on the balcony entrance side, the lights out there make it appear extremely light in the room (I thought it was time to get up at 1am!) I see us coming back to enjoy this property again!!!

Overall, we were very pleased with this condo. I did have a hard time finding the actual unit number. I contacted VRBO and they immediately provided it to me. Love Love the large bathrooms and balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was lovely. I was looking for a luxurious but small-kid friendly place to give us a break from the daily grind at home. I just reread all the past reviews, and any concerning issue had been handled. There was like new balcony furniture, a new rug in the living room, and all the beds had nice mattresses. The kitchen had a ton of tools and utensils to help us cook all meals there. The adjusting feedback I’d give is the building’s hallway lights are bright and shine into the two bedrooms all night, making the sleep was a very bright one. The building is on a short state trail on the lagoon side that leads to a little fishing dock. The beach was just across the street and about 3 houses down. Overall a lovely stay.

My family and I rolled into town just after a week of storms. The next day was yellow flag beach conditions and lasted the remainder of our stay. Sanibel is close to the beach and just a short drive to all of the fun that Gulf Shores has to offer.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There are a few quirky things going on though. You can't use two small appliances at once in the kitchen or the fuse trips. The balcony furniture desperately needs replaced. It's uncomfortable and falling apart due to weathering. Once these things get updated the place will be perfect!!

The online listing is accurate and it is a super easy "check in" process as the code to the door was texted to me the day of our arrival. Everything was clean and in good working order (except the toaster, that needs to be replaced). You will have to pay a parking fee. if you come late, there won't be anyone around and a ticket will be placed on your windshield overnight. just pay the next day and all is good. i would definitely rent here again.

When we walked in, this condo was just as it was pictured; open, spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a beautiful 12th floor view of the ocean. The bedrooms were comfortable, each having their own bathroom; with another half bathroom available in the main hallway. The outside, sandy patio furniture was inside the unit when we got there, which was strange but we put it all outside and I swept up the sand left behind. We had a great trip. The size of the condo was perfect for our group. While the location was good, with little ones, its still a little bit of a walk to the beach. I prefer to stay a little closer but i knew how it would be when we booked. The construction taking place didnt bother us at all. It was a bummer that the pool was still closed but again, we knew that may have been a possibility when we booked. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our view from the huge glass windows and balcony. The condo was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and cookware, plenty of towels, and hot water. It was located away from busyness but close to attractions. The beach was a short walk. The bay area behind was pretty and the path to walk along it was nice. It was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We wanted to get away from the real world for just a little while and we were able to do it here. It is a beautiful condo & it was very clean. It had all the amenities we could want. The beach was close and we loved that we were able to see everything from the balcony. Only thing we were not aware of was that we got one trash bag for all trash cans. It may have been mentioned, but we missed it. Would definitely stay again!

The view from the condo is exceptional and the decor is very nice! The beds were super comfortable too! The place could use some maintenance and a good deep cleaning but I'd stay here again in heartbeat! The Gulf2beach staff were right on top of things and assisted me greatly when inquiring about an extension on our stay. The whole rental process was easy. Thanks to the staff for all of their help and to the owners who opened up their beautiful place to us! It was wonderful!

The condo is very nice and the view, to die for! Really high up though, for those who don't like heights. The rental company was so great and right on top of any questions we had. The place is very modern and well kept and the beds comfortable. It could use some maintenance and a deep cleaning but I would definitely go back in a heart beat! Thanks for sharing this wonderful condo!

Very clean, which is a big deal for me(slightly germaphobic). Amazing view from the patio. Short walk across the street to the beach. Loved that it had its own washer and dryer. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook and meals, which we loved. I wish there had been more equipment in the fitness room (even just some dumbbells) but I enjoyed being able to still workout even while on vacation. Nice pool area too. And we were so close to so many great restaurants and shops. The Hangout is a must when visiting here! We had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the rental but the beach had double red flags because of Hurricane Barry so we couldn't play in the water! Other than that, we enjoyed the puzzles and view!

Nice condo with excellent view. We really enjoyed the balcony for our Morning coffee! The two double beds in the 2nd bedroom worked out great for our college aged kids. We were there during the Hangout Festival..the place was full of high school and college aged kids. We were pleasantly surprised that everyone was very respectful. The guys enjoyed golf at Peninsula, Craft Farms and Keva Dunes. There is a restaurant in Magnolia Springs called Jesse’s that was well worth the drive! Excellent Steaks! One thing I would recommend is that they add a 2nd towel bar in the bathrooms, or add hooks behind the doors ( for drying towels and swim suits).

Hangout Festival can be a fun time. The cities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are well organized to keep crowds under control. We stayed in Sanibel #1202. It was absolutely beautiful from top to bottom. The view was breathtaking and the walk to the beach took only about 5 minutes if that! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would possibly need to cook. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We have stayed here several times previously and have always found the unit very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The Gulf2Beach team are the best...very responsive if a concern/problem arises. Our favorite "go to spot" is the Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails located just a mile east of Sanibel in the Waves complex. We also enjoy The Gulf for its outdoor venue, Tin Top Restaurant for the sauteed crab claws, Cafe Grazie for pizza, and the town of Fairhope, a beautiful 30 minute drive from Gulf Shores.

This condo is as pictured, very spacious, nicely appointed and has everything necessary for a condo stay. Kitchen is large and accommodating for cooking, with dishwasher and microwave. Convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit. The best part is the balcony, the views are awesome and the beach is beautiful! We spent hours taking in the views! There is a pool, on the second floor above the parking, which is very nice, always warm and shallow, great for kids! it is ~2 miles from the "strip" but is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our visit very much!

First property I've stayed at that has been nicer than I expected. Pictures represent at the condo well. Very clean and fresh. AC worked great. The shower faucets whistled at us periodically, but I'm not complaining. Great condo!

Arkansas Nice to know that on the fifth trip we were the nicest unit and it was clean and fresh. Just sent someone over to check on the shower nozzle. Hopefully you enjoyed the pool, sauna and work out facility while you were visiting. Sanibel condos offer such a nice space for a 2/bedroom/2.5 bath unit and hopefully everyone was very comfortable.
