Welcome to Sea Glass 402, a stylish and comfortable two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo that sleeps six. Located directly on the Gulf, this modern coastal retreat features a bright and inviting living room with large windows, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access offering stunning Gulf views. A sofa sleeper provides additional accommodations for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining table for shared meals and gatherings. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-twin trundle bed and a flat-screen TV, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. A half bathroom is located in the hallway.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Sea Glass, one of the newest complexes in Gulf Shores, is situated directly on 200 feet of pristine beachfront, Sea Glass offers a contemporary beach retreat with modern amenities and breathtaking views. The low-density, four-story complex boasts a range of amenities designed to enhance your beachfront experience. Cool off in our zero-entry pool with a splash zone, perfect for families and sun-seekers alike. Relax and unwind in the hot tub, or take advantage of pool area restrooms for added convenience. Gather with friends and family at our grilling area for a delightful cookout.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
