The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

We spent our 50th wedding anniversary. My husband is unable to walk long distances. This location provided accessible parking. There were carts for unloading the vehicle available close to accessible parking. There is a ramp to enter with hands free access and the elevator is close to parking. The room was very close to the elevator. The condo is plenty large. The condo was clean. Being on the first floor provided excellent views of the ocean but still elevated for safety. I liked that there was also a fitness center with treadmill and weights. We didn't use the pool/jacuzzi, but they are also accessible. The condo was quiet in that you didn't hear the neighbors. The condo is located near to restaurants and grocery. I hope we can return for a longer stay. I really appreciate the convenience for people with disabilities or even small children. We love to travel but it's hard to locate a place that allows my husband to get from vehicle to the room.
