This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.

This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico and features views from the large private balcony as well as from the living area and master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The master suite features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The master bath features dual vanities and a large walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen beds, flat-screen TV and an attached bath.

The unit also features a fully-furnished kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and a wet bar with a separate ice maker. There is also a half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved cleaning and disinfection before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity ty room with a TV, and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

Overall Comment

We stay at this unit often on our trips to the beach. Love this condo and complex! I will make one suggestion... would love to have mattresses upgraded. Very thin/hard and would Make all the difference in a good nights sleep. Suggest reading what to bring as there are no extra blankets and limited towels. In the past there had always been plenty. Another COVID consequence. Overall though we love this unit and would recommend. It would be perfect with upgraded mattresses!!

Overall Comment

I really like that the condo is very close to the beach and a short walk. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony and the light did not work. Nighttime is my favorite time on the balcony. The 2nd bedroom bathroom shower did not work so you can only take baths. So that was disappointing bc all of us had to take showers in the master bathroom. Also their are usually extra blankets and pillows in condos I have rented in the past. This condo had the bare minimum of everything. I did like the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Overall the condo was nice just needs a few things fixed.
