Welcome to Shipwatch 302D. Situated on the 3rd floor directly on the beach, this stunning condo offers the ultimate waterfront experience. And if you're a boat owner, you're in luck—Shipwatch has its private boat ramp, docks, and trailer storage exclusively for owners and renters.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious and beautifully appointed living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the Gulf and the surrounding sand dunes. The Primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. Step out onto the balcony and breathe in the salty Gulf air as you take in the panoramic views. The attached Primary bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience after a day of fun in the sun.

The guest room offers additional sleeping space with a Queen and Twin-sized bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children. This room also features a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone can relax and unwind in comfort.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the updated fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet feast or simply brewing your morning cup of coffee, the kitchen has everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

Shipwatch is a serene low-density Gulf-front complex nestled in picturesque Perdido Key, Florida. Guests can enjoy not one, but two outdoor pools. One pool faces the stunning Gulf of Mexico, offering a spectacular beachfront experience, while the other is situated on Ole River, providing a tranquil waterside ambiance. Both pools come with clubhouses for added convenience and leisure. Relax in the soothing hot tub or engage in some friendly competition on our tennis courts. For wellness enthusiasts, our sauna and fitness room offer the perfect facilities to maintain your health and fitness regime, even on vacation. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the boat launch and the first-come, first-serve boat docks, making Shipwatch an ideal choice for those who want to explore the waters. The marina adds to the charm, offering a picturesque setting and additional water activities. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, enjoy a tennis match, or set sail from the marina, Shipwatch provides a diverse range of amenities to suit all tastes.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November-February. To get a quote on the monthly rates for this property, call our office. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
