In the ten years we have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach this is the first condo that was truly clean!! The condo is spacious and kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. The complex had nice pools and a lazy river. The pools were dirty when we got there on Saturday but were cleaned on Monday. We hope to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unit! It had all the amenities that are important to us, it is conveniently located on the beach, and it was spotless. The cleanliness far exceeded any other condo we have ever stayed in. John responded to any questions we had immediately. Plenty of space, gourmet/fully stocked kitchen, well maintained, and just perfect for our family! We ended up having an extra kid tagalong, there was plenty of room and it slept 4 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. If you are looking for a unit on the beach, this is the one! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful property!

Mande, Thank you for the wonderful review! We are always so very grateful when someone mentions how clean the unit was. The cleaning as well as upkeep (making sure lightbulbs are working, remotes don’t need batteries…as well as smoke detector batteries being tested, etc) are our top two priorities with our units. We just want to make sure the unit looks and feels the way we would expect a unit to be. We are so glad you enjoyed yourselves and were able to make lifelong memories.

We chose this condo because of the high ratings it received ….especially for cleanliness. The condo was Ultra Clean…everything from fridge, floors, showers linens etc. John and Sharon were fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had. We've stayed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores condos more years than not over the last 15 or so years. This is a fantastic unit. Clean, up to date. Nice furniture, comfy beds, great kitchen. Comfy and plentiful deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Solid communication with the owner. With the disclaimer that we were there in the off season, Turquoise Place is great; the nicest place we've stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

We have always loved staying at The Turquoise!!! This was our first time staying in this unit and we were not disappointed. The Unit was very clean and has lots of great amenities. The owner was very easy to contact and checked on us to make sure our check-in went smoothly and to let us know that if we needed anything to please contact him and he would take care of it right away.

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent in this condo! It had everything that we needed and is in a great location! Enjoyed all of the amenities: hot tub, gas grill on our patio; the pools, lazy & gym. And of course the beach was beautiful in this area! We would definitely stay here again!

Amenities were great however easier access to lazy river and tennis courts would be better. What if the lazy river was extended to both buildings. Nice! Overall the place was great! Can’t say much about restaurants. Not enough restaurants to serve thousands of people. We started at 5 pm looking for GOOD places to eat and it was a 2-2.5 hour wait then! Been coming to orange beach for the last 18 years!

We have a perfect week in this condo! We have vacationed in OBA all my life but this was our first time at Turquoise Place. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed grilling out dinner twice on our own balcony. So convenient! The view of the gulf was breathtaking. I ate many meals on the balcony so I could enjoy the sunset. John was a wonderful host and responded very quickly when we had a small issue with the ac. He was even kind enough to check in with us the next day to make sure all was good. I would definitely rent from him again.

As a clean freak I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It was refreshing and delightful to come in and enjoy without worry. The condo is very well stocked and the sheets and towels were quality (usually you get threadbare scratchy at other places). The owner lives on site and was responsive and very helpful as well. We loved our week there and will be returning!

We have stayed at the Turquoise a number of times and this unit was by far my favorite. It was very clean and kept up nicely. The decor was very tasteful and functional. We had family over for dinner and it had everything we needed to prepare and serve a dinner. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into everything there and the condo has all the comforts of home. Thanks for the great stay!

Our family had a great time. The condo was big, spacious and comfortable. The location was the best; being right there on the beach was so convenient. We were able to walk to many places, especially to get ice cream. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. We had everything we needed to cook in the mornings and in the evenings. We will book here again.

This condo is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and so many extras and amenities. The owner was very good to deal with. Watched dolphins playing from the balcony every day. Enough seating for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with all you would need to cook up some delicious food. We also used the gas grill on the balcony to cook some as well. If you have the opportunity to stay here do it. The Turquoise Place is an awesome resort.

I have stayed at Turquoise Place five times in the past and this was the best experience I've ever had. This was 2 of my friends first experience at Tourquise Place. Mr. * was very, very accommodating with everthing. He told us no matter what we needed he was there to help... and true to his word he brought us a blender because the one in the room wasn't working! The Condo was beautiful and spotless and perfect. It had everything you could possibly want and more. We will definitely be booking this same condo again for all of our future trips to Orange Beach! I can not thank him enough for his hospitality. I wish every condo owner was as kind, considerate and accommodating as soon as Mr. *. He treated us like family and we can not thank him enough. A LOVELY HOME AWAY FROM HOME ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
