This Gulf Shores condo rental located on the 19th floor is a corner unit at the newest low-density complex in Gulf Shores.

The master suite features a King bed, balcony access, and a master bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has a King bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. This unit accommodates up to 14 people.

The large living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous South and West views, 2 recliners, 2 swivel chairs, a sofa sleeper, a large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray & DVD player, and DVR. The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with an ice maker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
The complex amenities feature covered parking, an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a tennis court. Along with these amenities, you will enjoy elevators that lead to air-conditioned hallways and then directly to unit 2002. Smoking is not allowed in the units or on balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in the parking deck and drive areas only. GV Electric stations, now available for for a minimal fee.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee.
