The first guest bedroom is elegantly designed with a King-sized bed, while the second guest bedroom features two Queen beds—both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs to ensure every guest enjoys comfort and entertainment.

Windward Pointe is a haven of amenities, ensuring that every aspect of your vacation is filled with leisure and pleasure. Dive into relaxation with the indoor and outdoor pools, providing year-round enjoyment regardless of the weather. For a rejuvenating experience, unwind in the indoor hot tub or detox in the sauna. The fitness room caters to guests who wish to keep up with their workout routine even while on vacation. The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
